In this unreleased episode of the Almost 30 podcast, we talk about what I learned from my first ayahuasca retreat and how those lessons can be applied today.

Krista Williams is a social media influencer and the creator/editor of The Hundred Blog. Hundred stands for “keep it one hundred” (her life motto). She has been featured in Women’s Health, Self Magazine, Refinery 29, and various other outlets.

An innovator from birth, Lindsey Simcik was the type of kid who treated imaginary friends to a self-produced three-act musical in her living room. She graduated from her fireplace performances and moved on to the big stage in cities like Boston and New York.

This is a very special, unreleased bootleg broadcast originally recorded for the Almost 30 podcast, hosted by the wonderful Lindsey Simcik and Krista Williams.

We had this conversation right after I got home from my first trip to Costa Rica, where I participated in four ayahuasca journeys at the Rythmia Life Advancement Center. We focus on not just the experience of the ceremonies but the lessons that I learned from them and how I was integrating those lessons into my life.

And if you want to learn more about my trip to Rythmia or ayahuasca in general, you’re in luck! Below, you’ll find links to episodes featuring play-by-play recaps of my experiences at both Rythmia and Soltara Healing Center, as well as a side-by-side comparison of these two incredible Costa Rican ayahuasca retreats:
