What if mental illness can sometimes feel indistinguishable from a spiritual battle? Healer and teacher Skai Delacroix shares his extraordinary journey through samadhi, psychiatric diagnoses, suicidal ideation, and profound spiritual experiences—and how he learned to discern guidance from psychosis. They also explore his ZeroPoint method and put it into practice with a live healing exercise.

‍

Skai spent three years in silence, with barely any speaking, reading, or human contact, practicing ancient energy techniques and connecting directly with Source.

What emerged was a profound understanding of human potential and a simple, powerful system for transformation that has helped thousands shed depression, heal chronic illness, and step into their highest calling.

A faculty member at The Shift Network with acclaimed courses Harness ZeroPoint and Living from ZeroPoint, Skai works with entrepreneurs, healers, artists, and conscious seekers from around the world, helping them unlock their superhuman power and live out their mission.

What if mental illness is actually a spiritual battle?

My guest today is Skai Delacroix, a healer and teacher who spent three years in near-total silence and now works with people through his ZeroPoint method.

What happened to him after that first year of samadhi is the part nobody talks about: the long collapse into psychiatric diagnoses, suicidal planning, and a body he could barely move.

At one point in his story, paramedics couldn’t lift him off the sidewalk because the gravitational pull was too strong. In another, he received a directive to walk himself into destruction on purpose. The through-line is the question: how do you tell the difference between guidance and psychosis when the voices sound identical?

We also do a live ZeroPoint practice that shifted something in my chest I wasn't expecting.

[00:00:49] Luke Storey: So let's start with your spontaneous awakening back in Paris. I was reading your book this morning, um, Three Years of Silence. For those watching the video, we've got [00:01:00] it right here. And, uh, I, I find these stories interesting. Eckhart Tolle comes to mind as someone who's just sitting on a park bench and all of a sudden, poof, has this transcendental experience and is forever changed.

[00:01:13] Luke Storey: But I thought yours was interesting because you had this spontaneous awakening, or at least as I understood it from, as far as I've gotten into your book, but then was pulled into a very dark place for, for many years after that. You know? So it's like it didn't stick. Mm. Usually when you hear of these things, it, it, at least the people that live to tell the tale, it tends to kind of, you know, persevere and, and they keep going with it and end up becoming healers or teachers, but yours is quite a rollercoaster ride, so I'd like to start there.

[00:01:44] Skai: Yeah, it took me 20 years to become a healer and teacher. Yeah. That's the path I chose. Um, and well, how it happens was interesting. I, I did the, the top business school in Paris, and I was coming from the French Riviera. I was [00:02:00] not spiritual at all, like many French people at the time, very atheistic, and, um, I was questioning.

[00:02:06] Skai: I was in this business school, supposed to be the lucky one, uh, and to have a future, uh, promising, and I couldn't find any, any meaning. Uh, so I was having fun with my friends, partying a lot, and asking myself, "Okay, what I'm gonna do this? What I'm gonna do this?" So I, I began having an inner dialogue. That's when I remember beginning have one, uh, pretty intense.

[00:02:28] Skai: I couldn't really find any answer. It's like around me there were not really any people like that, uh, in my surrounding. It was simple, nice people, but not, you know, no one really conscious or spiritual or... I was not, yeah, uh, attracting that at the time. And, um, and one day a friend of mine told me, "You should be an artist."

[00:02:48] Skai: And I say, "Me?" For me, uh, I grew up, uh, close to Saint-Tropez, so I saw artist painters, you know, on the, on the harbor. So I don't know why I would do that. I was [00:03:00] not good at painting or drawing. And, uh, and he took me to this, uh, this museum, the, uh, Centre Pompidou in Paris. So it was basically five minutes, you know, in the same street where I used to live.

[00:03:11] Skai: And It changed my life. And to the museum, it was a, a contemporary art exhibition. It was called, uh, Au-delà du spectacle in French, which means, uh, who was translated less entertain. And it was showing the difference between, uh, spectacle, so entertainment, and, uh, art. Uh, that basically art is, uh, triggering, you know, your subversive mind, questioning minds, and a spectacle, entertainment is basically numbing you, uh, to con- Oh, interesting

[00:03:42] Skai: to control

[00:03:43] Luke Storey: you. Interesting, yeah.

[00:03:43] Skai: You know, like, like Caesar, you know, the game that Caesar- Yeah. Yeah ... that you play to basically keep the crowd entertained. And I was studying marketing at that time. I just graduated from, uh, from marketing, and so I was basically learning to numb people mind, critical mind to sell them [00:04:00] product, which I had a problem with.

[00:04:02] Skai: I was not somebody who was, you know, highly conscious or wanted to change the world, but I had ethics and my parents were not educated and I was... I could basically just sell anything to my parents like that. And, and when I would talk with my friends from business school, they'd say, "Well If you don't do it, somebody else is gonna do it.

[00:04:20] Skai: And, uh, I was like, "Yeah, but that's me who's going to do it." So I had that internship in the best company in marketing, you know, at the time, and, uh, I broke my leg at that moment, and that's when I started basically having time to, to, to, to question things.

[00:04:34] Luke Storey: How did you break your leg?

[00:04:36] Skai: Snowboarding.

[00:04:37] Luke Storey: Oh, okay.

[00:04:37] Skai: Yeah. I went for the last run. My-- all my friends stopped, and I'm, I, I'm always want more. So boom. But it was meant to happen, and so that gave me some times to basically not go into this and take a better, a better trajectory. And so when I went into this museum, something clicked. I was reading all the artworks.

[00:04:56] Skai: It was installations, uh, videos, you know, music, painting, very [00:05:00] like contemporary, like on two floors, big exhibition, amazing exhibition. And I could read it like I've always known that my whole life and, and the messages. I would get immediately the messages of the artist. And so something happened, and I was like, "I don't know what happened, but this is my life.

[00:05:15] Skai: This is gonna be my life." You know, like I f- I f- I found, I found a direction. And, um, so progressively, I let go of everything and, um, and I began researching like psychology, art, you know. That led me to philosophy, to science, quantum physics. You know, it was 2001. I was 24 year old. I was sw- like just swallowing book.

[00:05:35] Skai: I, I, I didn't... I was not so much, you know, into books before and, and more synchronicities, big synchronicity happens, things that were not, uh, probabilistically, uh, possible and are very, very highly low probability to happen, happening in a row. And that's when my rational mind began questioning me. That's not, that's not really-- There's something else.

[00:05:57] Skai: You know, like it's too many, too many things, [00:06:00] synchronicities or coincidences, I, I call them at the time, to be just nothing. And so I began paying more attention to this thing and, and progressively that led me to a, to an awakening basically into, um, yeah, a s- a story that I, I, I don't always share. I m- I met someone, uh, who basically healed, you know.

[00:06:21] Skai: Like, uh, in that moment, it, it's, uh, it's not a sh- a story I always share publicly, but, but I saw what, you know, it's called a miracle, you know, or spontaneous healing basically at the time, and I couldn't deny that, and I was still a very Cartesian, uh- Uh, atheistic completely, you know, denying any possibility of a god or of a spirit or of a force.

[00:06:39] Skai: It was just immanence, uh, and, and that my eyes are just merely my eyes, my eyes saw that. So yeah, then began a long, a long, a long process, basically.

[00:06:50] Luke Storey: So you witnessed a miracle in someone else?

[00:06:52] Skai: Yeah. Yeah. It was spontaneous healing. I, I was discussing with, yeah, who came to talk with me, and yeah, so spontaneous healing for something severe, basically.

[00:06:59] Luke Storey: [00:07:00] So you go-- y- you're brought to this museum. Y- you're so moved by that experience, which isn't wh-- you didn't go into the museum to be moved or change your life. No. But that, that sounds like it kind of ignited a spark that then changed your trajectory and that led to you.

[00:07:18] Skai: Yeah.

[00:07:18] Luke Storey: Were you a participant in this miraculous healing or just an observer?

[00:07:22] Skai: Uh, participant in the way we were discussing together. It's not like I did anything like I do today, yeah? I didn't guide an energy work or... But yeah, we were-- It's, it's, it felt like our connection, 'cause this person talked to me in a way that Connected directly to my soul, and I was becoming someone else, like, like a past life, like who I am now, but at the time it was really new

[00:07:44] Luke Storey: Right.

[00:07:44] Skai: And he connected me immediately like this, and we began talking like we were in a different timeline. It was like, like, like a movie, living a movie, uh, in reality, in the middle of Paris with people around. And, and a few hours in, yeah, something happened that, uh, yeah, [00:08:00] changed my life and that I could n-never denied after because after I had one year of high, like, samadhi ecstasy.

[00:08:07] Skai: It was the most beautiful time of my life. But then I went downfall.

[00:08:13] Luke Storey: So this, this, um, initial awakening led to a period of unprecedented peace that you hadn't experienced before that went on for about a year.

[00:08:24] Skai: Mm-hmm. W- it was beyond peace. It-- or it's a- Really? ... very active peace . Yeah, it's, it's not like this-- it has nothing to do with Eckhart Tolle, for instance.

[00:08:33] Skai: Uh, w- I mean, I remember reading a bit at the time. It was very, very active. I had a voice constantly talking to me, my voice. You know, but, like, explaining me who I was, why I came back, what I'm going to do, you know, i-in this life, what's going to happen. You know, like many events. Like I was hearing in 20 years, people are going to awaken to become like you.

[00:08:53] Skai: Because I was an alien at the time, and so that's 2021 pandemic, uh, the one that happened. Mm-hmm. So very precise [00:09:00] event that I could not have any knowledge, that I was being shown, that I could verify after over, over two decades, three now, almost. And so s-things would happen, and people, I could read their souls, you know, what trauma they were blocked.

[00:09:13] Skai: You know, my family also which was a mess because I had no filter, so I was just throwing things like this. I didn't do any, any work in this life. You know, it just came all of a sudden. Yeah. Like, it's like my ego was knocked down. There was such an energy. You know, my soul of-- front of me told me you were a walking soul.

[00:09:29] Skai: So soul came in, my soul, but really i-in a way that was pretty sudden. And, uh, and I was fearless. I did not have any fear, and big synchronicities, miracles like this one, more, you know, would happen. Things ... It's like I was living in a dream in reality, eyes open. You know, I would barely sleep. Maybe a couple of hours a day, uh, at night, uh, and I was still on the same frequency.

[00:09:53] Skai: Uh, s- uh, yeah, I was going into my sleep and, and coming out of it, it's like I have not landed somewhere. You know, I was [00:10:00] still in, you know, on that thread. It was very interesting.

[00:10:03] Luke Storey: So there was, like, a continuity between your sleeping and wakeful state?

[00:10:07] Skai: Yeah. Yeah.

[00:10:08] Luke Storey: Interesting.

[00:10:09] Skai: Yeah, it was very interest-- Like, always on this frequency.

[00:10:11] Skai: And at the time, I was still partying, so I was sometime doing ecstasy. You know, my friend told me, "Oh, you took too much ecstasies." But I would never go -- I would never go down. But if I would be-

[00:10:20] Luke Storey: Ecstasy doesn't last that long .

[00:10:21] Skai: No. And, and after you have, you have the- Yeah ... descent and you don't feel good. I didn't have that.

[00:10:25] Skai: It w- it would just keep rising, rising, rising. And yeah, so I had doctor friends who thought I wa- I, I had lost it, uh, other friend who found that amazing, other friend who, like, couldn't be with me anymore. So it, it was very... But I didn't care. I was feeling so good and so confident until, until it's starting, uh, going down.

[00:10:45] Skai: Right. And, and then I entered, like, force for that year.

[00:10:48] Luke Storey: It's, it's so interesting, I think, when, when I hear stories like this because so many of us, um, that choose a spiritual path, you know, work and commit [00:11:00] ourselves so diligently through meditation and other practices to just get a glimpse at, at that kind of state, right?

[00:11:07] Luke Storey: And we have these peak moments every once in a while where grace enters and then phew, we kind of revert back. Yeah. And, you know, it's like this stair climb of consciousness, but there's a lot of dips along the way. But it's interesting that yours didn't come as a result of a long period of dedicated work.

[00:11:25] Luke Storey: It was relatively spontaneous. Do you think that has anything to do with why there was also this massive dip and you, you regressed back into darkness. You know, it's almost like maybe, maybe there wasn't a f- you know, you had- Foundation ... this gift of grace that maybe can't even be explained. But yeah, the foundation, perhaps the foundational piece.

[00:11:46] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[00:11:46] Luke Storey: Do you think that had something to do with why you-

[00:11:48] Skai: Yeah, you can see it through many angles. F- first, as I understood now, it, it's a chance, it's a choice. You know, I chose to go really high and very low because I like to experience the extreme of creation. [00:12:00] Uh, that's how I am. I enjoy that. Yeah. I relate to that.

[00:12:02] Skai: I, I like to thrive through it basically. So a- afterwards, you know, I wouldn't have said that at the time when I was really deep into this, this, this hell, but I ch- I chose that, uh, for probably also even helping people, you know, for like the, the stories I built, you know, people can relate a lot now, you know, to this.

[00:12:20] Skai: And when I have clients, you know, in my group, so one-on-ones who are struggling, uh, about the people who read my books, they say, "Okay, you know, I can, I can take that," um, because I, I took so much. So I'm able to discuss with people with a wide range of pain, uh, physical, uh, psychological, emotional, all of it, because I've been living it.

[00:12:42] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[00:12:42] Skai: Yeah. And I've living it the, the, I would say the full spectrum or most of it. Yeah. So, so that's I think a choice, you know, as a, as a healer, as a teacher, you know, to experience this. But also it's true that I didn't have a foundation. So, so that happens like that. Past life kicks in, uh, 'cause I've been raising that [00:13:00] frequency, and in my past life I've done a lot of work, very solid at the time, you know?

[00:13:03] Skai: So I catch with this, but in this life I don't have that. So indeed, that also shows, you know, the the work that you need to do to, to sustain the state and that you don't want to rush things also. That's why I say also to my students, it's like, yeah, just welcome what you have, you know, the experience you have.

[00:13:20] Skai: Yeah. 'Cause some people have like, when I do energy work or when I do courses, they have like high peak experiences, you know, and repeating, and they can see, hear all of that. They feel energy. And some people struggle, you know, like for a while, and then it takes them sometime a few weeks, uh, usually rarely than a month or two, you know, to really start kicking.

[00:13:38] Skai: But I say, "Yeah, don't worry if you don't have anything now, do the work. You know, do the work and at some time, boom, it's gonna pay. You have no idea how, you know? But don't compare, don't compete. We're all different." Maybe these people, they have a blast now and tomorrow they're gonna go down like I did.

[00:13:53] Skai: Yeah. So be, be you seeing, and, and that's one of the most beautiful thing when I see people doing that, you know, being consistent no matter if it [00:14:00] doesn't pay. You know, they keep doing the work, they keep doing the technique we do, you know, the double vortex, and at some point, boom, they say, "Oh yeah, I've been hearing my guides.

[00:14:07] Skai: The first time I hear that. I've been seeing my future. I've been-- I know now what's my mission," you know? Had like a whole vision of what I'm here to do, what I'm going to do. I could access my cells. Like really, like these powers who, who to me are not div- uh, superhuman powers. I don't like s- I've been using this term, but I don't anymore because they're human powers that have been suppressed.

[00:14:30] Skai: And like, and so when they come back online, wow, what, what a joy. And yeah, I think it's to show that th- there is a work and the work is fundamental. The, the rest, the powers, the experiences is great. You know, it's like candies along the way. But to me the true cement i- i- is the work, and it doesn't have to be so painful as I did.

[00:14:49] Skai: That's why I say to people, "I chose that. You know, I, I liked it." Yeah. But now I'm not choosing that anymore. I have it much more easily.

[00:14:54] Luke Storey: Well, in, in reading your book, you know, after that initial experience, I mean, I've been to [00:15:00] some pretty dark places in life, um, periods of You know, severe depression and anxiety and suicidal ideation and addiction and all of those things, but, um, one thing that really struck me-- Well, two points in your book that really struck me was, you know, you actually getting the, the knife, you know, and preparing to plunge it into your chest and kill yourself, and then y-you end up in LA, and you're about to...

[00:15:26] Luke Storey: You know, you have a rope around a tree ready to hang yourself in Griffith Park . I'm just like, "Damn, dude." Like that's... You know, some of us kind of feel sorry for ourselves. We have a bad day, we're a little depressed. We think about what is, what is the meaning of life? Why am I here? What's the point? You know, I mean, we can get to some dark places, but I think when you get to the point where you're, you know, you have the tools of your demise prepared and ready, um, you know, that's a whole other level of, uh, of darkness, you know.

[00:15:55] Luke Storey: Do you think that that initial opening into the light made [00:16:00] you somehow more susceptible to dark forces without having the discernment to be able to really guide yourself in a safe way?

[00:16:09] Skai: Yeah, completely, because it's like the, the gate opened fully, uh, and I was unprepared, so I was like uplifted by this force, uh, this energy which was like so overwhelming and...

[00:16:20] Skai: But then that energy, you know, you-- we saw the coyote here the trickster. It, it's not like it went away, but somewhat, you know, it was not sustaining me in the same way, and so I couldn't really... You know, my guidance telling me it's not that. I think it's more me. I was not looking in the right place anymore, and I think after that energy, after going in, uh, out, you know, and above the world, above the earth, went more in, you know.

[00:16:45] Skai: To-- Then I had to go back to work, you know, to different things basically with my life, but I was still looking for it, you know, for my father above, you know, instead of going to look for my mo- my mother, you know, into the earth, and I didn't have really tool for that. So [00:17:00] the gate was wide open I also saw my mission, you know, I saw the state of the world, a lot of things, you know, that happened today.

[00:17:06] Skai: I was seeing that like it was now, you know, and I was not-- I didn't read anything like that. You know, there was a, like, not so much literature, I think, uh, uh, at the time. And, and so then, yeah, these forces began to, to enter with the doubts first, you know, like projecting from many other people who thought I was crazy, and then me buying into it, and then more, and more, and more, and more.

[00:17:28] Skai: And, and the frequency was so constant and, and like holy birth that I, I didn't know what to do anymore. At some point I said, "I cannot live like that. I, I cannot do..." After, you know, like four or five years of fighting it constantly. Normally, I think people in this state, they go into lunatic, uh, asylum, or they take pills, you know, they kill themself.

[00:17:46] Skai: But I- Yeah ... I, I can endure a lot of pain, so I was fighting and I had that fighting spirit. But at some point I said, "There's no way, there's no way I can win, and there's no way I can come back to a normal human being who can do the mission I [00:18:00] have, so I better exit." That, so it was- Dur-

[00:18:03] Luke Storey: during that period where you were really, uh, struggling Do you think you could have legitimately been diagnosed with bipolar or schizophrenia?

[00:18:14] Skai: I was.

[00:18:15] Luke Storey: You were- Yeah ... diagnosed.

[00:18:16] Skai: I was, 'cause at some point I, uh, I couldn't take it anymore, so I ask, uh, I went to see, um, a psychiatrist who was a Lacanian psychiatrist, who I could see would not understand me. He was profound, but he would not understand the spiritual path. For him, it was just, you know, dysfunction basically.

[00:18:32] Skai: And, and afterwards, that was still helping me to talk to someone, but after a while, the, the imbalance was so strong, uh, the, the, the suicidal was becoming really strong, and he told me, uh, "I cannot do anything for you anymore." And that was like my death sentence, the only place where I could a bit share my things.

[00:18:50] Skai: So then I went to see a psychiatrist, a very nice lady, who told me, "Yeah, you, you, you, you bipolar, you know. Uh, you have some schizophrenic tendencies. It's okay. [00:19:00] Uh, you can take some pills, you know, for that. There's great people who have been bipolar," and very sweet mother energy, you know, understanding, but who could not also understand, you know, the, the dysfunction between lower self and higher self, which is what I had, you know.

[00:19:12] Skai: I would have somebody now I can help people shift that in, in a session, you know, like today- Yeah ... because I just tell them, "It's okay. You're just imbalance, uh, between these two things. Bring them back together. You can do like this." And when you have someone telling you that, you say, "Okay, I'm not like far out lost," and you take your power back to, to work on yourself.

[00:19:30] Skai: But when you're like framed like this, even if a part of me knew there was something else that they could not see, I was not strong enough at the time to, to, to handle it. And so yeah, since that, that basically lashed out everything, and a part of me wanted that, wanted to get medicated, wanted to get to a place where I would not think, uh, when I would stop that, that warfare that was permanent in my mind.

[00:19:53] Skai: But another part knew that was the end. Uh, there was nothing there, that it would completely numb me, and, and it was a [00:20:00] dead end. So there was again that fight between the two, and, you know, when I was really about to do it, I, uh I escaped. I called my cousin in, in Los Angeles and, "Can you, can you host me in your place?"

[00:20:12] Skai: And I had already been a mess, you know, but he was so kind, he did it. And he told me, "Sure, don't go there. Come." And, and I left everything, my apartment, my belongings, and I flew, yeah, flew to Los Angeles where... Well, it was not easy, but at least I could figure it out myself, um.

[00:20:28] Luke Storey: When... And at that point, um, I was reading your book, when you left, uh, France for Los Angeles, you just left all your stuff.

[00:20:35] Skai: Everything.

[00:20:35] Luke Storey: Like, just-

[00:20:36] Skai: My friend, I just met this

[00:20:37] Luke Storey: friend- You didn't pack up your shit and put it in storage or anything? No. You just literally just walked out.

[00:20:40] Skai: Two friend of mine did it. They ship it to my dad. They empty my apartment, ship it to my dad in the South of France. I just met these friends again who are actually now we're good friend again.

[00:20:49] Skai: They thought I was really... I had good friends at the time, really great people who just were not on this, these frequencies. Yeah. Couldn't get what was happening to me, and they were worried because I used to be [00:21:00] like everyone. I was, uh, I was

[00:21:02] Luke Storey: like- You used to be normal.

[00:21:02] Skai: Yeah, normal. Like,

[00:21:03] Luke Storey: always happy. You know, I was the, the guy.

[00:21:06] Luke Storey: I, by the way, I don't believe anyone's really normal. Well, 'cause what is normal, right?

[00:21:09] Skai: Yeah.

[00:21:10] Luke Storey: What's the baseline? Uh, I, I wonder how many people out there that are, you know, diagnosed with something like bipolar or schizophrenia are really just having a sort of internal spiritual battle like you were, but- Wow

[00:21:27] Luke Storey: because there's no framework of that type of spiritual battle within the psychiatric-

[00:21:35] Skai: Yeah ...

[00:21:36] Luke Storey: model that people just get caught in that- Yeah ... loop of medication and- Hundred ... being institutionalized when there actually is a spiritual solution to that.

[00:21:44] Skai: Yeah, 100%. It's, uh, all of them. No.

[00:21:47] Luke Storey: Really?

[00:21:48] Skai: Think so? Oh, yeah, for me, yeah.

[00:21:49] Skai: Then they develop, and you can label it, you know, these categories that explain that really well, you know, and it works. But all of them just had a dysfunction between, bet- an imbalance, which we all have, [00:22:00] you know? That's what I understood way later, bipolarity, what it is. You, you have a, let's say, lower self or, or ego, huh, or, or external self, I rather call it, to make, not make hierarchy, you know, which is our physical body, our physical center, you know, that learns protection, security, navigate into this 3D physical reality.

[00:22:22] Skai: And you have a, a deeper self or eternal self, something that stays, you know, the energetic field, which we can call the soul, you know, the, the, the consciousness. And so we are-- this is a back and forth between these two polarities. So we have, inherently everybody has two polarities. Mm-hmm. You know, it's the law of hermetic.

[00:22:39] Skai: Basically, everything has polarities. So we have that tr- the, the true inner self a- and that outer self, and, and we go back and forth between both, and we work on balancing them to, to become progressively more united. And it's a progression. It's not like you ever become one. You know, I thought that was my whole goal, uh, later on when I went into silence.

[00:22:58] Skai: But you just progress toward [00:23:00] oneness, and you keep, no matter how you are, no matter if you are Jesus or if you're past Jesus or if you're past Buddha, you keep unifying your polarities because that's how, what the universe does, you know? Or if you call it God, it's what God's doing, if we call it, you know, the universe.

[00:23:14] Skai: It's a constant harmonization between two polarities. How is it? So it's just normal. And You can be in extreme imbalances between these polarities, and then you can label it, uh, uh, bipolarity. And if you start having vision, which to me it's normal to hear things or see things, you're just tapping into the field, then you become schizophrenic, no?

[00:23:35] Skai: And indeed, if the vision are not, uh, coherent and they don't collide together, it become very chaotic, no? And you, you can call it a disease or a journey, as they used to call that, basically initiations, you know, or the dark night of the soul or the nigredo, you know, the alchemist. Mm-hmm. It, it, it's a path that

[00:23:53] Skai: And when you used to have tribes who know about that or, or at least, you know, societies who know about that, you would help people. They would [00:24:00] be guided, you know, with mentors or spiritual people. Whatever, it's okay. Now you're, you're growing, so you're going through different things, and we don't have this structure anymore.

[00:24:07] Skai: We just have people telling us that basically we're sick, no? And, uh-

[00:24:11] Luke Storey: Yeah, yeah ...

[00:24:12] Skai: and it's not our fault, no? And it, it's, uh, but there are some good remedies that are outside of you. So then we give the power outside, and we feel a bit better but not full because we don't balance that. We just suppress it, and then boom.

[00:24:25] Skai: That's how this, this circuit feed itself, and it's very lucrative, no, for some people. It's very, very hard for the people who are experiencing that, no? But it's, it's ... My message is you, you can shift that.

[00:24:37] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm.

[00:24:37] Skai: Like, you ... It's not easy. It may takes a lot of time, huh? But just the fact to acknowledge that and to begin working on it every day.

[00:24:45] Skai: When I really decided, "Okay, now I'm gonna get out of that," just to feel a bit better, having a bit less of these voices, you know, having a bit more joy, no, and be a bit grateful of that, it starts feeling ... You know, 'cause you're so down. The goal is not necessarily to be in full light. [00:25:00] It's, it's more to have a sense of progression, you know, of evolution.

[00:25:03] Skai: And when you, you go down, that's really hard when you keep going down, down, down. But the moment you stop that and you, you say, "Okay, I'm gonna do what I can. I cannot do more, you know. I, I'm not gonna do less," and you start, you know, feel accepting and feeling a bit better, but you're already, no, on the trajectory to, to more oneness, to more balance.

[00:25:21] Skai: And so In the end today, I wish I would have some more... I mean, I wish I wouldn't have the same story, but telling me all of this, huh, 'cause some people told me, "Whoa, you saved me so many years." And I say, "Yeah, I know." I went through it. They say to me, "Thank you for going, for going through that for us." You know?

[00:25:37] Skai: I say, that's, uh, that's how I think we work in teams, you know. I said to some people- Yeah ... "You know, you were supposed to meet me, and I'm supposed to meet you, you know, and, uh, we work in teams. Some people go like this, some people have different trajectory, and yeah, we, we complement. We're a big, big team, you know, like humanity, and, and we build gifts, you know, through our own experiences.

[00:25:58] Skai: And to me, the beauty is to bring [00:26:00] these gifts online, you know. And people... That's what makes me the happiest today, when I see people finding their gift and honoring it. And, and I believe we all have that. Even the most distorted people, they have a gift also, you know, that they don't honor, and the day it comes back online, you know, it will be amazing for, for them also and for everyone, so.

[00:26:18] Skai: So

[00:26:18] Luke Storey: you had this, uh, this kind of spontaneous period of samadhi that lasted about a year.

[00:26:25] Skai: Yeah.

[00:26:26] Luke Storey: Then you start getting sucked back into these lower realms that went on for a number of years. What was the turning point back toward the light that led to the three years of silence, the, the s- the sitting, the walking, and the running?

[00:26:41] Skai: Yeah.

[00:26:42] Luke Storey: I wanna g- I wanna get into that, but there's a little, there's a gap in the story b- again, 'cause I haven't had time to finish your book, 'cause I just got it a couple days ago. Um, but I find these transitional periods are really interesting- Mm-hmm ... you know? And so let's go into the transition from suffering to kind of getting back [00:27:00] into the light, and then what inspired you You know, I'm, I'm assuming this higher guidance, this positive force, this positive voice is like, "Hey, you need to sit in a chair for a year and stare at your black computer screen."

[00:27:12] Luke Storey: All that stuff is super wild to me. So let's-- I, I, I'd-- I want to, you know, glean the wisdom you've derived from these experiences and from your story and share those with the audience, but I think the story itself is really fascinating, too.

[00:27:25] Skai: Mm-hmm. Yeah, then when, when that voice came back, I, I follow it through, like, heaven, hell after, not just for the good, for-- That, that was the secret, 'cause it, it's like this force made me marinate it for a, a decade, you know, 10 years.

[00:27:39] Skai: I have one year of, of samadhi and a decade of, of hell. And, and when it came back, I, um, I harnessed it. But it came back a first time, so I decided not to kill myself after, you know, going to Hollywood. I say, "I'm not gonna do that. I'm not gonna do that to my family. I'm not gonna do that to myself. I, I'm gonna live."

[00:27:58] Skai: It was a very sad [00:28:00] resolution, uh, but I, I accepted it. And, and, and I began feeling a bit better by working, doing-- I did some real estate at the time. I didn't know anything about it, to go out, not be alone home, uh, and, and I was feeling better, but still split. And so then I started having a lot of discipline, 'cause I wanted to get-- I was feeling much better, and I wanted to really get out of it.

[00:28:20] Skai: But no matter how disciplined I was, I would still have these two poles, uh. So I went back to the US from France. Uh, I was in Los Angeles, then I moved to New York, and I, I, I began reconnected with this energy. I was working in the art business. I was lecturing in museums and galleries, and I began, uh, reconnecting with this force.

[00:28:42] Skai: And for six months I began having, uh, visions again, like v- like very systematic. Every, every morning, uh, from-- I would wake up at 5:00 and like from 5:00 to 10:00 I would sit in front of my computer at the time and, and go into the future. [00:29:00] Again, I would see these events. When I saw the pandemics, I saw the wars, you know, after the pandemics.

[00:29:04] Skai: I saw AI after, and artificial longevity, which is coming now in the next decade. Like all main, main major events, you know. Through a story that I was writing, but I know it was prophetic, but through a story. And so I had extremely... I would wake up 5:00 in the morning, New York, going outside, cold shower, pushup, or like really, uh...

[00:29:26] Skai: Then download channel for, for five hours, work. I was a headhunter, so I would then still in my pajama begin calling people from McKinsey, you know, in finance in New York just after these five hours. For five hours again doing my job. Then a little nap. Again, cold shower, pushups, and, and for five hours I would write what I saw the morning.

[00:29:48] Skai: It was still vivid, the dialogue. So it, it was so vivid like you would go in, in a movie, so I could remember like everything. And I did that for six months. Six months, like 16 hours a day, roughly like nonstop every day, every day, [00:30:00] every day.

[00:30:00] Luke Storey: During this, the five hour, the 5:00 AM wake up and you're sitting, is this when you're staring at a-

[00:30:06] Skai: No, that was before.

[00:30:06] Skai: This one was still- Okay ... with something. Uh, it was like a- Okay ... with goodies. I, I could see, you know. Okay. I was seeing, which is very entertaining.

[00:30:13] Luke Storey: So w- would you, would you classify that, that stage of practice as, as a meditation, or- At

[00:30:18] Skai: the time I have no notion of meditation. You know- Okay ... I've never been in the spiritual world at all.

[00:30:23] Skai: I had one book from, uh, Sri Aurobindo, which- Right ... was with my guidance, and he's also very different, you know, than other spiritual teachers. So I didn't call that meditation. At best contemplation, but I didn't really have a term. I would just go Oh, for me it was like I would look at the screen and, and the screen would vanish, and I would begin entering this, uh, th- th- these visions which were completely overwhelming in what I was seeing.

[00:30:47] Skai: So it was a meditation because it was focused attention. Mm-hmm. But yeah, I didn't label it like that. Uh-

[00:30:53] Luke Storey: So there's no context for it. You were just kind of guided by an inner guidance to- Yeah ... put yourself in that position, [00:31:00] and then this phenomenon began to appear.

[00:31:01] Skai: Yeah.

[00:31:02] Luke Storey: And then that ends, and then you're, you're back in the 3D matrix world.

[00:31:06] Skai: Yeah. Like- No transition. Like literally I was still pajamas. I remember I would just take my phone and, oh, it's 11 now, I need to call you now. So then I would start calling people, like cold calls. Oh my

[00:31:17] Luke Storey: God.

[00:31:18] Skai: I was ... It's always been extreme. And I was doing great, actually. I was-- And my boss was telling me, "Well, you do, you do in, in, in one week what takes one month to, to people to do."

[00:31:28] Skai: Wow. Because I would use this intuition, I would use numbers, I would use my, my, my skills, but also this guidance, you know. Yeah. To select people. Now my guides would tell me this, you look at the news time, I would look at numbers. So I was efficient at it on top of it. And I had-- I wanted to be done with it because then I wanted to go back to what really matters for me.

[00:31:48] Skai: So like I would say, spirit was using that, you know, as a way to make me do work without even re- realizing I was doing it. It was not like the austerities from the yogis, you know, that we learn [00:32:00] when we- Yeah ... read spiritual books, which I did later, those. But, uh, that was more to get out of my condition because I was feeling good when I was doing this.

[00:32:09] Skai: But then after six months, I wrote 1,200 pages. Also like a full, um, two times trilogy, basically, which is more like a TV show than a trilogy at that time. I didn't know it was so much. And I, I went back to LA and I, and I pitched it, uh, to directors, producers. They all wanted to do it. Literally everyone told me, "Well, I'm interested.

[00:32:27] Skai: I'm interested." Uh, I was just asking for advice and it's always that incredible. And then I realized I'm gonna do all of this and I'm still feeling two, these two polarities, these two persons, you know. Because I would go into that space where I could see here and, and be one and feel that oneness, and then somebody would come and boom, I would come back to that other person.

[00:32:50] Skai: And that gap was like, uh, unbearable. I said I was feeling like a false, uh, like a double face, you know, like not, not, not, [00:33:00] not even real. I say I'm not gonna do a movie about God, or I wouldn't even call it God, but about unity, you know, oneness or if I'm still like that, you know. And so I didn't want to be an imposter.

[00:33:10] Skai: And that's when I asked to, to my guidance. So I was connecting with it and, and it was just before, um, December 12th, 2020 in, in LA, in Venice. And I ask, um, "How can I be one again?" You know, 'cause now I've been so much, it's been 10 years, you know, that I'm trying and really from the bottom of my heart. And I was not hearing the voice anymore.

[00:33:32] Skai: It was more feeling intuition. It was not like in my awakening in 2001. And that's when I received very clearly, "You have to give up everything," basically. And, uh, and, and "We're going to send you to hell." Like, "I'm going to send you to hell." When I accepted to give up everything basically that voice told me one, "Now, now you're going to hell."

[00:33:51] Skai: It's like, what? I thought I was brave 'cause I gave up my fiancée my family, my friends, my, my project, [00:34:00] uh, for, for the truth. And no, this time it was not like a, a reward because you have a good intention. It was, "Now you're going to do it." And so then the, the, the other journey began, I think, the, the three years.

[00:34:13] Luke Storey: Was that then the beginning of the three years?

[00:34:15] Skai: Yeah. Yeah. There was a first phase when I went three weeks with no food, no water. I think it was before the three years. The-- it was a bit the baptism, uh, as, as they called it. So no food, no water. Normally they say, you know, you die after a few days, but, um, I'm still here.

[00:34:31] Skai: And working on energy constantly, constantly, constantly. That's when I began staring at that black computer screen. This time there were no thought visions, et cetera. It was just pure energy. Like I had to stay one hour, two hours, four hours, eight hours, 12 hours, one day. Sometimes three days like that without closing my eyes.

[00:34:53] Skai: My eyes were burning, like, but the energy-- I could feel the energy rising, rising, rising, and, [00:35:00] and actually I didn't know, but I was healing my frontal lobe, which had been taken down during this, this crisis. I could feel this energy literally breaking that, that, that connection here between the two hemisphere, you know, between right and left, and, and it, it, it was a neuroplasticity.

[00:35:15] Skai: I was rebuilding that by being constantly focused obsessively on that. I was saying that God is a narcissist . It's like it was con- like constantly here, here, here, just me, just me, just me, just me. But I rewired that to a, to, to a degree. It was not fully finished, but yeah, to a degree it was, it was feeling different.

[00:35:33] Skai: And so then I, I got many initiations, more like you have in certain, uh, Amazonian tribes, you know, things like that, which I didn't know anything about, but I got initiated. I would go into different, different rooms, have different ordeals. I went to a spaceship, which I didn't know anything about aliens, you know, things.

[00:35:52] Skai: But, uh, I was, yeah, I had experiences that I couldn't even comprehend at the time. And, um -

[00:35:59] Luke Storey: And this is just-- [00:36:00] this is in the period in which you were spending these long periods of time in

[00:36:04] Skai: stillness. Yeah. So that was for three weeks like this. Then I went on a walk basically for three days. That was my ordeal.

[00:36:10] Skai: I had to stay s- as long as I can, so I could basically levitate with the power of my mind above my body, which my feet would be hurt, and going walking south to Mexico. That's the goal I was given. You're going basically to literally destroy your feet and walk above it. And I so much didn't want to go back to what I was.

[00:36:29] Skai: Just to tell you, you know, how I hated that state that I was-- Yeah, so I'm gonna choose that thing, even if it seems crazy. You know, everybody would say-- Sometime I would question. I say, "This is not what I call God, you know. This has become, like, too, too crazy, you know?" And, but deep inside, I knew that was the guidance, you know, that has always served me and actually brought me toward myself and not the other one.

[00:36:51] Skai: And the other one was constantly trying to take me down, to trick me. So it's like I have the, the, the light and the darkness side to side. What I called God, you [00:37:00] know, at the time, you know, the, the, the father telling me keep going no matter how hard it is No matter how painful it is, you keep going. It was one command, keep going, and the other one w- doing everything to take me down.

[00:37:12] Skai: You know, "This is crazy. You can't do that," blah, blah, blah. Distracting me with smells, with sounds, with everything. It's like a, like, like a video game, um, but where you really they act automatically full on and, like, constantly permanent. No, no breaks. You know, it was like, like this for three weeks. And, and then I went on this walk.

[00:37:31] Skai: Same thing, I didn't want to go, but I know my, my roommate would have taken me to the, to the hospital if I wouldn't go in 'cause they were knocking at my door. You know, "You need to drink. You need to come out," and had like three very nice ladies on. But I went, and I... Yeah, uh, it was-- It's in the book. I don't know if I want to That's,

[00:37:49] Luke Storey: that's when I, I s- I think around this time s- as far as I made it.

[00:37:53] Luke Storey: Mm. You-- So you're in Venice-

[00:37:56] Skai: Yeah ...

[00:37:56] Luke Storey: in, in California, and you just start walking, and you [00:38:00] get to a certain point- Yeah ... and then you physically break down, and- Yeah ... the paramedics come. I think that's where- Yeah ... I got to reading

[00:38:06] Skai: this morning. Oh, you got there, yeah. Yeah.

[00:38:07] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[00:38:07] Skai: That's what happened. After-- I would keep going no matter what.

[00:38:09] Skai: Uh, I, I, I walk, I think, at least over a day or two non-stop. Then I fall down into somewhere in LA. Like, uh, and I woke up, and then I couldn't walk anymore. There was an energy that was pulling me down. That energy was now really physical, and when I would stand up, it pulled me down, basically, so I couldn't even stand up.

[00:38:27] Skai: It was like, really, wha- what's happening?

[00:38:34] Luke Storey: Here's what's up. The longer I've been in the health space, the more I've realized that the environment around your body is just as important, if not more important in some cases, as the things you put into it. You can eat clean, sleep eight hours, take all the right supplements, but if your body's swimming in a sea of wireless signals twenty-four hours a day, that stress can sabotage a lot of that hard work.

[00:38:57] Luke Storey: And that is why my Quantum Upgrade [00:39:00] subscription is still active after all these years. It's pretty incredible. It creates a coherent quantum field around my home that harmonizes EMF so it's less disruptive to my biology, and I can even take it with me when I travel. There's no pills to take, nothing to track, no devices, nothing to remember.

[00:39:18] Luke Storey: It just runs in the background while I get on with living my best life. And what I love about these guys is that they're always innovating. They recently added a growing library of boosters that let you personalize your experience from recovery and deep sleep to creativity, travel, and even meditation.

[00:39:35] Luke Storey: So you can log into your account, set your booster, and run. So to upgrade your life, get over to lukestory.com/quantumupgrade and use the code Luke fifteen to start your fifteen-day free trial. 'Cause if you're gonna invest in your health, don't ignore the environment in which you live. That's lukestory.com/quantumupgrade.

[00:39:59] Luke Storey: What was the, what [00:40:00] was the part where the paramedics couldn't lift you off the ground? Like there was some sort of gravitational

[00:40:04] Skai: pull- Yeah ... sticking

[00:40:05] Luke Storey: you to the

[00:40:05] Skai: ground. So they came, somebody called them, and, uh, there was... Uh, if I remember well, there were two, two cops and two of firemen, very nice. And, uh, they tell me, "What are you doing?"

[00:40:16] Skai: They were very kind, you know, and I told them, "I'm doing my pilgrimage," you know . Mm-hmm. "I need to keep going." And they were respectful of that. In France, they would have taken me to jail, you know, immediately. But I wa- I wa- I was touched actually by, by these people. And then they say, they say, "But yeah, we need to help you," da, blah, blah.

[00:40:33] Skai: And part of me wanted to go into this ambulance. I, I wanted to stop. Like, so I sat, I was sitting on a sidewalk and, and two of them come to lift me, and I was like this after three weeks. You know, my... I, I was surviving, but I didn't have any more flesh barely, so very, very skinny. And they tried to lift me up, and my body would stay like a, like a stone.

[00:40:54] Skai: I could feel the energy pulling me down, like, really strongly. And they look at each other. Then they came, [00:41:00] four of them and tried to lift me. Wow. Like I was like a block. You know, like these yogis I mean. Yeah. Yeah. Who like do the force except it was not funny. And- It's

[00:41:11] Luke Storey: like reverse le- levitation. Like, uh,

[00:41:14] Skai: or you can use it in different ways.

[00:41:16] Skai: Yeah, yeah. Let's call gravitation- You're levitating downward,

[00:41:19] Luke Storey: yeah ... force. Yeah, it's gravitation. Yeah. That's a trip, man.

[00:41:21] Skai: And then I felt the force lifting, and then they took me like this. And, and, and, and, and I went to the hospital, and I spent, yeah, three weeks. My feet were more destroyed, and, uh, so I had to send energy.

[00:41:33] Skai: That's when I began doing energy work without having any concept of Reiki or, or anything like that. I, I, I had to send energy so they wouldn't die. The pulse was almost stopped. Yeah. And, uh, after that, I, I, I went to another place, and I thought I was done. I would go back now. I had my baptism, you know, of, of the fire, of immortality

[00:41:52] Skai: Now, okay, I can go back and, uh, and enjoy and do my movie and get a job and... And I was preparing for all of that, [00:42:00] gaining a bit of weight, uh, and then I receive, again, the, the calling. I would sit more and more in a chair, you know, like I'm sitting now, where I would feel good, you know, for an hour, two, three hour, four hours.

[00:42:10] Skai: Was nothing compared to what I've done. You know, I would stay for hours like that, really good, looking at the, at the mountain in front of me in, um, Elysium, uh, Mountain in, uh- Mm-hmm ... EcoPark.

[00:42:19] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm.

[00:42:19] Skai: And then that, that voice came back and told me, "You go- you're going to have to do that again." Oof. I was like, "What?"

[00:42:27] Skai: You know, every thought, everybody thought I was crazy. My family, you know, have to fetch me . I thought I was like... I'd burn any bridges I have. Um- I

[00:42:34] Luke Storey: think by this time- Yeah ... yeah, it sounds like most people- ... in their right minds would have been like, "Okay, he's... You know, he ain't coming back."

[00:42:41] Skai: Yeah . Like it's a...

[00:42:43] Skai: They were kind to me, you know?

[00:42:44] Luke Storey: Like and- That's a long... That is a long period of time from your first awakening- Yeah ... and then, you know, that year- I was 10 years ... through

[00:42:50] Skai: that 10 years. Yeah, 10, 11 years. Yeah. So I was like that, that, that, "I'm not doing that." And then Okay, I'm not doing that, so I'm going back to what I was, you know, which is still [00:43:00] the same.

[00:43:00] Skai: Uh, it's like the, the carrot of the stick. Mm-hmm. And either you become free or you become a slave again. And I had seen the future. I knew I had to go and develop a certain power. Some people had to do that if they wanted to go through what was going to happen. So I was warned, you know? I was not reading conspiracy, anything like that.

[00:43:18] Skai: I didn't know anything. I just saw, and I trusted the vision I had that things would get tougher, you know? And if we wanted to be free, we had to tap into these powers if we didn't want to be, uh, enslaved, huh, by, um, by these things. So that was, that was my fuel. And at some point I was questioning, questioning and, and I remember sitting in a couch like that and, and, and feeling really good, like I-- it's like I'm entering another space.

[00:43:42] Skai: And I could hear the voice again really clearly. "Can you hear me?" "Yeah, very well." Like, like with a microphone or with headphones. And, uh, then I heard, "It's not to punish you." 'Cause I thought, "What did I do?" You know, I'm like, like, have such a sinner I have to pay my whole life for that. And I heard, [00:44:00] "It's not to punish you, but you gonna have to do it again."

[00:44:04] Skai: Just

[00:44:04] Luke Storey: that

[00:44:07] Skai: And so

[00:44:08] Luke Storey: to do the walk again.

[00:44:09] Skai: To walk again. Yeah. You know, do that so that I didn't finish-

[00:44:11] Luke Storey: Is, is this voice, you know, this higher self or God, uh, origin voice speaking to you in French?

[00:44:20] Skai: In, uh, at the time, possibly. Now it's English mainly 'cause I've been so long. Uh-huh. At the time, at, at, uh, uh, it was possibly in French Yeah, maybe.

[00:44:30] Skai: I don't remember that. Good question. Not

[00:44:33] Luke Storey: that it matters. I'm just cur- Yeah. Yeah ... I'm curious about things that are inconsequential. Yeah. Try to-- I'm always trying to, like, create a picture for myself, you know, and, like, put myself into a scene. So you get this second directive. You're going, "Okay, what did I do to deserve this?

[00:44:49] Luke Storey: What the hell?" Then what happens next? I mean, obviously w-we, we, we kind of know the end of the story now, or at least some of it, that you agreed to this.

[00:44:58] Skai: Well, then I say, "Okay, I'm [00:45:00] gonna..." You know, I was not happy about it at all, to say the least. But I began again charging my energy like I used to do, uh, like, uh, every day, like going deep.

[00:45:08] Skai: So this time there was no vision or seeing. It was just... I w-- It's, it's still hard to explain for me today what I was doing for that whole year. All right? But I would enter a space which I call the subtle physical, or Aurobindo. Sri Aurobindo called that the subtle physical. That's the space where he was working for 30 years.

[00:45:25] Skai: You know, he spent 30 years in silence. You know, it's like I was a bit taking back the, the relay, just that, that field just before the physical. Uh, so like the subtle energy. Mm-hmm. Not quantum field, not, you know, deeper, the strings. Like really the, the subtle energy right before. So I would be guided every day to do, uh, uh, all these missions, um, where I would be moving energy.

[00:45:51] Skai: That's the best I can explain. So I had to be focused and moving right, moving... It's like imagine you-- the best I could say, imagine you, you, [00:46:00] you, you stuck somewhere, your whole body, you know, you're like stuck under earth, then you have to go a bit on the right, a bit on the left, uh, to, to, to be, to get out of th-these places where it can work better.

[00:46:11] Skai: Uh, and you, you, you do that for hours, hours, for a day, three days sometimes inside. So I would do that. I would have a, a small music, little mantra, electronic music. I've always been into electronic music, but very light, uh, like just to keep me focused, which would come. And when I would be done after a day, sometimes three days, I would sometimes receive a jolt, or I would feel, "Okay, now it's over."

[00:46:36] Skai: I would come back to this reality. I had zero memory of what I was doing.

[00:46:42] Luke Storey: Wow.

[00:46:42] Skai: I had done that consistently every second for, for a day. It, it was gone. The music, same thing. I was hearing it, you know. I was completely in that space. It's like there were no bridges basically between the-the these two worlds.

[00:46:55] Skai: Uh, and so that was happening. I understood later you, you can [00:47:00] access source through different... It's like, you know, every way leads to Rome. Uh, every way leads to, to, to source also. But I would say there's two main ways. One is going up And also it's like mostly what people do, you ascend, no? You ascend, you go to different planes, you know, 3D, 4D, 5D, or et cetera, and then you enter that space of the heavens, and then even beyond that.

[00:47:21] Skai: But there's another way that, uh, I don't think there's much access, uh, to, to, to people which is much harder, it's going through the Earth, you know? So you go to the denser layers, which for us the Earth is the body, and, and, and you keep digging, basically digging, digging into these layers. And there, when-- if you go deep enough, there is Source again.

[00:47:41] Luke Storey: Hmm.

[00:47:41] Skai: Interesting. And when I, when I do energy work today, I do two things. I help people go into the future, go into the past with groups. You know, we do that, we program past traumas, things, and, and to charge the field, I use-- I first go up always. I start usually, usually up to bring the energy down, and then we go down, [00:48:00] down, down, down into the center of, of, of the Earth, which I don't see as, um...

[00:48:04] Skai: I see as like a infrared light, basically. There's a frequency there. The deep Earth, or dragon, she dragon, and, and then bring back that force, you know, and make these two energies, the white light from the, uh, from s- from Source, from, from what I call the Father, you know, the divine light Two, two, the center of the Earth collide together, and then boom, that open space, a wormhole, you know, that when you can enter God mode and, and do different things, you know, with that place.

[00:48:32] Skai: So at that time, what I understood today after, you know, 14 years or 15 years, I was digging. It's like I would be digging a hole, you know, with my, uh, with my consciousness to build access to these planes so they became connected to source again, you know, within my field basically. And now when I work with people or when I share an energy work, the access is available, and that's why there is very quick healing, you [00:49:00] know, with the physical, emotional, spiritual, because the access i- is open.

[00:49:04] Skai: That's why I understood later, you know. People do my practice. Some, they don't know me sometimes. They just telecharge it for free, you know. They tell me, "I could heal my herpes." You know? "Oh, I could heal, you know, like a 20 years of trauma," you know, like with

[00:49:16] Skai: this because it, a gate is open, you know, and we are entangled, you know, as human beings. You know, we, we're contagious positively or negatively.

[00:49:23] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[00:49:24] Skai: And so if we, if we create that field, we, we, we, we share it, and it becomes easier for, for, for the people. So that's what I've ... I, um, and am I explaining to you understanding better?

[00:49:34] Skai: I know each time 'cause it's, it was very ... At the time I just have to accept I was doing this, you know, and, and I had that feeling that something was happening. You know, every day, even if I was on the same place, you know, like, I mean, winter, summer, uh, it started.

[00:49:48] Luke Storey: Where were you living during this time?

[00:49:49] Skai: Echo Park.

[00:49:50] Luke Storey: Oh, okay.

[00:49:54] Luke Storey: It was Los Angeles in a hip, uh,

[00:49:55] Skai: artsy, artsy district. It was like... That was funny.

[00:49:57] Luke Storey: That's funny. Uh, Echo Park wouldn't be the first [00:50:00] place I would envision- No. ... as, you know, a, a pinnacle of spiritual, um, you know, energy.

[00:50:06] Skai: No, it was not spiritual at all actually. It was like hipsters and...

[00:50:09] Luke Storey: It's funny. When I moved to LA in 1989, Echo Park was really quite dangerous, you know.

[00:50:14] Luke Storey: There was a lot of- Yeah ... gangs and stuff. It was very rundown, so it was interesting to see that area and Silver Lake and kind of the East Hollywood area, um, over the years kind of get gentrified. Yeah. All of a sudden, you know, you have, you have a, you know, tiny little old house from the '20s and then a McMansion right next to it, you know.

[00:50:32] Luke Storey: Yeah. Interesting to see the kind of cultural, um, mishmash, the, the, the gumbo created there of all these different people coming together, and it ends up being this really exclusive neighborhood in the hood, you know? Oh, yeah. It's funny. Yeah, it's funny how that works. So, uh, okay. So during this period ... Is this, is this...

[00:50:52] Luke Storey: So your book's called Three Years of Silence, right? Yeah. Which is f- fascinating to me in general. Um, I've interviewed a couple people that have done [00:51:00] darkness retreats- Mm ... where they go into, you know, this complete darkness for five, seven days. And like, oh my God, that is, like, terrifying. But if I think about being silent for three years But that doesn't sound-- That actually sounds pretty nice

[00:51:13] Luke Storey: Right. You know what I mean? It's like, it's just how do you, you know, when you're dealing with the cashier at 7-Eleven and they ask you a question, you know, it's like how, how does that work? Um, so what, what drove you to go into silence and how did that work in practical terms? I mean, were there times where, like, you had to at least communicate- Yeah

[00:51:33] Luke Storey: the bare minimum- Bare minimum ... to someone in order to function in the world?

[00:51:36] Skai: Yeah, the first year, barely nothing. I would, I, I would lose my voice literally. You know, so I was sitting on that chair day and night. Uh, usually in the morning I would have a sign to go eat, and so I would either have a oatmeal at home, uh, which I hated it, like really quick, and then go back to the chair.

[00:51:51] Skai: Or sometime I would be allowed to go to a coffee, so in, in Echo Park. So sometime I would point to a croissant, you know, to the the [00:52:00] discounted croissant for the next day . And I had my nails were long like that, like literally. My nails had grown 'cause I was not touching my body. So my nails was long like that.

[00:52:06] Skai: My mustache, you know, was in my mouth like that. My, my, I had glasses. It was dirty. I mean, I was really looking like either a drug addict or, or, or homeless. Um, and um, and remember this woman who was intrigued by me actually somewhat. She see I was something a bit different. So I would say, "Can I have the croissant?"

[00:52:27] Skai: You know, I have no, no more, yeah, no, no more vocal, vocal.

[00:52:31] Luke Storey: So when you stop speaking, your voice

[00:52:33] Skai: became- After a while it, yeah ... non-functional? It was starting going away, and then it came back, like, like my shoulder also. I couldn't move my shoulder anymore because it wasn't move. I would just be like that. My hands, I had to write a checks, the only thing I would do at the end of the month to my, my housemaid.

[00:52:48] Skai: I couldn't grab the, the pen. I, I was writing like Like literally So it's- I was like, "How I'm gonna be?" You know, I didn't know it would come

[00:52:56] Luke Storey: back So you're spending so much time sitting in silence- [00:53:00]

[00:53:00] Skai: Motionless, yeah ...

[00:53:00] Luke Storey: days and days and days to the point where your body kind of started to atrophy.

[00:53:04] Skai: Yeah. Yeah.

[00:53:05] Skai: Wow. You lose like the, the function

[00:53:07] Luke Storey: of certain

[00:53:07] Skai: nerves and

[00:53:08] Luke Storey: it, it came back. But yeah, that was

[00:53:10] Skai: scary. Plus energy burning me in certain places, you know, under my foot sometime the energy was so strong, or here in my, um, my finger, you know, 'cause there was literally a current of electricity passing so, so my, my hands and I had holes, you know, like this.

[00:53:24] Skai: But-

[00:53:25] Luke Storey: You had holes in your hands from the energy?

[00:53:26] Skai: This one are, are gone. Now some in the feet I still have today. This one are gone, but yeah, I had holes here at, at the junctions basically of the... It was painful sometimes.

[00:53:35] Luke Storey: And what, what... Your roommate or anyone else in your life during this, the, the year one period, I mean, how did people respond to you?

[00:53:44] Luke Storey: Did you have people trying to intervene or did, by that time had people just said, "Hey, he's on his own trip. Just leave him alone. Let him do his thing"?

[00:53:51] Skai: My roommate, I didn't know how much I just moved. I think it was very hard for her and I'm, I'm

[00:53:55] Luke Storey: sorry,

[00:53:57] Skai: you know, that happened in, in her place, you know, 'cause I was not planning that.[00:54:00]

[00:54:00] Skai: Uh, but she basically dealt with it. She was somebody very kind and open-minded, you know, so, so she let it be.

[00:54:07] Luke Storey: But did you explain to her like, "Yeah, I know this is a little weird. My, my fingernails are two inches long and-

[00:54:12] Skai: I don't

[00:54:12] Luke Storey: remember ... I don't bathe and I'm just in my room for 10 hours a day. Don't mind me."

[00:54:16] Luke Storey: I mean, did you, did you ever attempt to kind of-

[00:54:18] Skai: I don't remember

[00:54:19] Luke Storey: that part. Uh, I don't think I would explain much 'cause I would not talk much. But, uh,

[00:54:23] Skai: yeah, uh, honestly I have skipped. There's some memories that are gone basically. But, uh, the, the minimum I would say probably, but she-

[00:54:30] Luke Storey: Yeah ...

[00:54:30] Skai: she could not understand anyway.

[00:54:31] Skai: Yeah. My cousin would come to check on me once a month because my mom would harass him 'cause I would not answer anyone. And, uh, so once a month he would come. I remember it was so sweet to see him.

[00:54:42] Luke Storey: So during this period, you're not answering emails, you're not in contact with people, not

[00:54:47] Skai: on the phone. No, they would tell me no.

[00:54:48] Skai: And I had a good network, you know, in the art business, in the movie. Yeah. And so, like good friends who are lost.

[00:54:53] Luke Storey: And how were you sustaining yourself, uh, financially?

[00:54:57] Skai: I had a bit of money. I had maybe at the time, [00:55:00] maybe 20K saved from when I was doing the headhunting. Okay. Uh, so that went down the whole year.

[00:55:05] Skai: You know, after one year I had maybe 2K left I think, you know. So I said, "Well, how I'm gonna do after that?" I became illegal also on the chair. You know, I still had a work visa at the time.

[00:55:14] Luke Storey: All right.

[00:55:15] Skai: And so I become illegal also. So I say, "Okay, nice." I remember the day I was, I was on my chair. I said, "Okay, now October 18th, 2020 to 2012, I'm, I'm illegal now officially."

[00:55:28] Skai: And then, so, uh, then I had to surrender even more 'cause I know if I would be without force, everything would be, be fine, which it was. But if I would go astray I was just, you know, an illegal, like exposed to anything. But I knew if I would stick to that guidance, somewhat it would get me out of, of anything.

[00:55:45] Skai: Yeah

[00:55:45] Luke Storey: So through all of this, you're developing, uh, a way of listening, uh- Mm ... an attunement or discernment to determine, you know, which voices, for lack of a better term, are guiding you, right? 'Cause you went through that period of darkness where you're being guided, [00:56:00] "Hey, you should go to the Griffith Park and hang yourself," versus this other, you know, higher voice or force that's guiding you toward your betterment and enlightenment.

[00:56:10] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[00:56:11] Luke Storey: H- h- how did you learn to discern between the two and to be able to tell, you know, if you're getting the guidance, you just need to sit in this chair for 10 hours a day for the next year and not clip your fingernails or whatever, be silent, don't talk. Uh, you know, how did you ... How, how, how were you able to determine that that wasn't, you know, some dark force pulling you- Yeah

[00:56:30] Luke Storey: into psychosis or something?

[00:56:32] Skai: Yeah, a feeling. It was not any more voices. I, I stopped trusting the voice 'cause I had an amazing voice one year and then this, this horror, so I couldn't have access.

[00:56:40] Luke Storey: Okay.

[00:56:41] Skai: So it becomes a force. I would call it the force, you know- Okay ... at the time literally, you know, the force, which is more actually female, you know?

[00:56:46] Skai: For me, the force is the mother, the energy of Shakti, you know, for the Hindu. Mm-hmm. And so that was a force who would speak, and I would feel that. We all feel that. You know, there's a, a place where it's more heavy, you know? It's, your body's leaning somewhere else, you know? There's a place where you feel [00:57:00] good, uh, and then your mind wants to go there, but there, there's something anchoring you somewhere.

[00:57:04] Skai: So more and more, that's what I would trust as truth, you know, and not the mind telling me, "It's too hot, it's too hard, it's impossible, you're never gonna get it," you know, blah, blah, blah. So it would be that force and that noise. There was very abuse, you know? Ah, yeah, yeah. So it's like the dichotomy was becoming very abuse between my true self, which is pure source energy, you know- Mm

[00:57:25] Skai: and then the fabrication of the mind. And later on I could retune, you know, my true self with that mind- Mm. Which I have now. Mm-hmm,

[00:57:31] Luke Storey: mm-hmm.

[00:57:32] Skai: But at the time, I could see the, the adversary, I used to call it, you know, like this very clearly, you know, constantly distracting me. So I would just trust that. And today, yeah, that's still what I trust the most, what, what I feel.

[00:57:44] Skai: Ultimately, we all have that. Uh, you don't need to do what I did. You, we have that feeling, and we question it.

[00:57:50] Luke Storey: Well, I, I was grateful that your book starts with, uh, you don't have to do all the crazy shit that I did, you know? But I'm like, you know, I mean, I'm on my spiritual path. [00:58:00] I've taken some diversions and stuff, but I feel pretty good about the direction I'm going.

[00:58:03] Luke Storey: And- Yeah ... in, in similar ways, I had to go through a lot of pain in order to finally surrender and really learn to trust that inner intuition and to trust my higher power. But man, the stuff you went through, I'm just like, "Dude, holy shit," uh- I mean, I know the spiritual path is not for the faint at heart, you know?

[00:58:21] Luke Storey: I, I think it's relatively easier to just be an unconscious human being and just kind of go through the

[00:58:35] Luke Storey: motions and remain asleep. Mm-hmm. Um, in my experience, the more committed I've been spiritually, the harder it is in many ways. Yeah. I mean, there's, there's greater reward, but I, I guess I envisioned early on the spiritual path would be love and light and rainbows and unicorns

[00:58:44] Skai: and- Well, yeah. That's boring after...

[00:58:46] Skai: If you have that, you know, for- Yeah ... I had that after one year. You know, one year, I was like, "Okay, what's next?" And that's when I began actually- Right ... going down. Right. 'Cause I was becoming curious about the other side.[00:59:00]

[00:59:00] Luke Storey: All right, you supplement junkies, listen up. If you're spending a bunch of money every month on supplements, I've got a potentially uncomfortable question. How much of that investment is your body actually using? I've spent the better part of three decades chasing the best supplements I could find, then it finally hit me.

[00:59:18] Luke Storey: If my gut wasn't doing its job, I might as well be flushing a lot of that money down the toilet, and I'm sure I did. And this is exactly why Just Thrive Probiotic earned a permanent place in my stack. The dirty little secret in the probiotic market is that most of them never survive stomach acid, so they never make it where they need to go.

[00:59:38] Luke Storey: Well, Just Thrive fixed that. Their stuff is clinically proven to arrive 100% alive in your gut where it can actually make a difference. And something else I'm really excited about that they're doing over at Just Thrive is their digestive bitters. I've been taking them before meals, which has been a game changer.

[00:59:55] Luke Storey: Bitter herbs help your body produce stomach acid, bile, and digestive [01:00:00] enzymes to properly break down food. And shocker, better nutrient absorption means getting more from the food and supplements you're already taking. So if your gut's giving you a gut feeling right now, get over to justthrivehealth.com/luke and get free digestive bitters with your first 90-day probiotic subscription, 'cause sometimes the smartest upgrade isn't adding more.

[01:00:24] Luke Storey: It's actually making more out of what you already take. So again, get your free 90-day supply of

[01:00:29] Skai: digestive bitters when you start a probiotic subscription at justthrivehealth.com/luke.

[01:00:37] Luke Storey: It, it just seems though in history, you know, the, the, the great saints and mystics and the sages relatively in their own ways describe these periods of, um, feeling as though God had deserted them.

[01:00:53] Luke Storey: You know, they have some sort of experience- Yeah ... like you have, right? Yeah. And then there's these long periods of darkness, and they lose all hope, and it's [01:01:00] like all part of, it's all part of the game- Yeah ... kind of part of the challenge, right? To persevere through those times where God doesn't feel close.

[01:01:10] Luke Storey: You know, I don't think God is, like, testing us and putting us through torture. I think it's just kind of part of the human experience and the limitation of being a human in a body and identifying us as body, but man, it's like i-e-even these days, like I, you know, I reach a certain point, and life gets pretty smooth, and-

[01:01:26] Skai: Yeah

[01:01:26] Luke Storey: things are kind of synchronistic and in flow, and there's very little conflict or drama, and I think, "Okay, cool. It's just gonna get better from here." And then, you know, there's not even necessarily a major calamity or anything that I can pinpoint as, like, a problem, but I just start feeling like, man, what does this all mean?

[01:01:45] Luke Storey: Yeah. Is it really worth it? Like-

[01:01:46] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:01:47] Luke Storey: what is this place? You know, why is there so much darkness in the world or whatever it is, right? Yeah. It, it, it seems that, uh, you know, if you really become spiritually committed, that there can be periods that are, that are deeply challenging, but the ones that you went [01:02:00] through are like on an, on another level.

[01:02:02] Luke Storey: So take me then from, you know, this, the first year. I mean, I'm kind of looking at your, your journey. Obviously, there's been a lot that's happened since then, but I, I find those three years of silence so interesting. So you have kind of the more sedentary year of going inward, silence, not interacting with people, uh, much, not talking, kind of cut off from the world.

[01:02:23] Luke Storey: What then motivated you to start this bout of the walking, and then as I understand it, the following year, the third year was, like, uh, incredible, uh, amounts of miles covered running-

[01:02:36] Skai: Mm-hmm ...

[01:02:37] Luke Storey: which is so interesting. Like the stillness to the medium level activity to the highest level activity.

[01:02:42] Skai: Yeah.

[01:02:43] Skai: Stillness, motion, extreme motion. You know, that's, that's-

[01:02:45] Luke Storey: Yeah ... how I would describe that one. What's-- Unless there's more to the story in the stillness period.

[01:02:50] Skai: Yeah, I mean, there's so much, you know, that I, I wrote the book, but I think it's important also to, to see what I'm doing today, you know, 'cause I think it- Sure, sure

[01:02:57] Skai: the, the story is important also. It's a foundation, [01:03:00] but really the, the, the, the empowerment of people, for me, it's really... So I say about the book, it's, it's not so much about my story, it's about what we can do. Uh- Yeah ... how can people get it. So, so after the year, yeah, once I was sent to a, to an ashram in Northern California, and then I began walking.

[01:03:16] Skai: Now, so I'm saying it's not that I had planned that, but I would go and walk. I would wake up early in the morning at 5:00, go walk, and then- End up walking the whole time, like 20, 30 miles every day. All right, I would have a breakfast and then walk, do a little break in the, in the garden, you know, to walk a, a few hours to do my, uh, my trade, my exchange, my karma yogi, and then go back to work.

[01:03:39] Skai: Same thing, pain, hunger, you know, 100 degrees. You know, it was regular in summer. A lot of pain in the feet.

[01:03:45] Luke Storey: So when you're going out for these walks, are you... You know, I'm assuming the ashram is in kind of a re- a remote location. Are you just- Yeah ... walking along the highway? Yeah. Like 10 miles there and back?

[01:03:55] Luke Storey: Country highway.

[01:03:56] Skai: Yeah, exactly. It was a country highway, that ashram. So [01:04:00] Yogananda community and me are the only guy on the road. You know, I think in two years of walking and running, I crossed maybe two people, you know, who were on the road, or three. So it was me and, and truck, truck passing by sometime right by me, you know, 'cause I was, there was no always, uh, sidewalks.

[01:04:16] Skai: Yeah, there's no sidewalks. So on the highway in certain places- Yeah ... in the turn in the canyons, people honking me sometime, "What are you doing here?" And I would, would get insulted. I would get praised. And I would like receive basically the best and the worst from human beings, you know? Ah, yeah. And, and God was telling me, "You don't care.

[01:04:32] Skai: You know, whether they praise you, whether they insult you, you do your work." Basically, you do what you have to do, and you're protected. You know, if you stay in that light, I'm the one driving the car. Mm-hmm. I'm the one doing that. Not because I say somebody could get my arm, you know? And now that it's working, say I, I'm the one driving it.

[01:04:48] Skai: I'm the one who's being drunk, you know? I'm the one who's being a bad driver. You know, I, I'm all of that. Ah, yeah. And I had enough proof in my life to know that things can be shifted. Uh. Yeah. There's a force bigger than, uh [01:05:00] The mechanical force. That's what people imagine, you know. So but I had to trust that, not in my mind, in practice, in practice to surrender

[01:05:06] Luke Storey: When you're on these walkabouts, are you having realizations?

[01:05:10] Luke Storey: Are you feeling a, a greater sense of unity? Are you- No ... you having downloads?

[01:05:15] Skai: The walk was painful. That was the worst. Maybe worse than, than ... 'Cause sitting, you kinda get go ... I would go, you know, into somewhere else even if I would have my eyes open. But walking, you're like here, you know? And so I had my voice constantly complaining.

[01:05:28] Skai: It was become ... It's like you're putting a, a light on something so it becomes more and more big so you can shift it.

[01:05:33] Luke Storey: Mm.

[01:05:34] Skai: So I, I would hear that voice constantly complaining, "I'm far and it's hot and I'm ... I hate to walk," and this, you know. Like, like really, I wouldn't even pay attention. It would ... It sometime for hours, it would broadcast like that.

[01:05:46] Skai: That's when I realized I'm really not this mind, you know? That's not me. That's just a program, basically. And so progressively I would dissociate, dissociate. I would feel okay at times, but at best okay, you know? But really bad when some ... When I would drop from that energy, then I would be like 10, [01:06:00] 15 miles away from home, you know, with pain in the feet, with like, you know, no food, no water, no

[01:06:06] Skai: I couldn't hitchhike. It was forbidden. Oh my God. I'll show you a few time it didn't work. And, and so then I would realize how, how, yeah, pitiful I was. You know? How like pathetic. And then I would have to go back to that, basically, which now I can do like that, you know, going back. It's rare I'm, I'm staying away from that force.

[01:06:26] Skai: You

[01:06:26] Luke Storey: know? Right. So it's like you-

[01:06:27] Skai: Yeah, at the time ...

[01:06:28] Luke Storey: it's like you're putting yourself in these challenging situations, maybe unknowingly, to bring about the ego attack, right? To, to bring about the mind- Yeah ... that part of the mind that fights and complains and feels like a victim and that- Yeah ... you know.

[01:06:45] Luke Storey: It's almost like you're You're, you're boiling some water, you're bringing it to a boil so that... 'Cause you need that steam in order to transmute the steam- Yeah ... you know?

[01:06:53] Skai: Yeah, you

[01:06:53] Luke Storey: do. For lack of a better analogy, um, it's interesting. It's like speeding up the process that [01:07:00] maybe a spiritual aspirant would go through over the course of their lifetime, right?

[01:07:03] Luke Storey: Maybe-

[01:07:04] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:07:04] Luke Storey: you know, you go through a divorce, and, oh, there's a little rough patch there that went on for a couple years, and then maybe a career change, and- Mm-hmm ... you know, you have these challenges that are s- sort of interdispersed that bring up those lower parts of your nature that are- Yeah ... that are inviting you to transmute them, right?

[01:07:20] Luke Storey: It sounds like in your case, you're, like, condensing- Oh, that's it ... that transmutation-

[01:07:24] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:07:24] Luke Storey: by putting, being guided to put yourself through these, you know, uncomfortable challenging experiences to really bring that stuff up to the surface. Kind of, you know, I guess in a similar way when you sit in plant medicine ceremony or something, right?

[01:07:37] Luke Storey: Yeah. You're-

[01:07:37] Skai: Yeah, yeah, it's-

[01:07:38] Luke Storey: You know, you're in there for a, a finite period of time, but you can work through things that might have taken decades because everything is in this kind of condensed timeframe. Yeah. Or, you know, the, the challenges of it that are brought to the surface help you to be able to see what it is that's kind of lurking in the shadows- Uh-huh

[01:07:55] Luke Storey: of your being that are ready to be, uh, you know, [01:08:00] overcome.

[01:08:00] Skai: It's the most similar. Ayahuasca did that l- last year with my wife for the first time, and, and that's the most similar to what... When I, when

[01:08:06] Luke Storey: I did ayahuasca, it was so familiar. You know, she

[01:08:09] Skai: told me- Oh, yeah ... she told me, "It's scary, this." I say, "You know, scary for me."

[01:08:12] Luke Storey: You're like, "I did this for 10 years." I can,

[01:08:14] Skai: I can go there. I know if it's, uh... Sometime I will say maybe even more scary than I had, but I say, "Okay, if that's what I'm supposed to do." But, uh, I asked for, for ecstasy. Actually, I got ecstasy. You know, I say, "Okay, I did the hell enough," and it was most beautiful experience, or one of the most beautiful of my life.

[01:08:30] Skai: But it was very similar, the, the hard work going through it. And as you said, I was hearing, um, you, you doing in three years what humanity Most people are gonna take 30 years. Yeah. Uh, 'cause there's a transition now, you know, that has begun- Or even lifetime, you know ... until 2050. Yeah, but the core of humanity now we're in a transition.

[01:08:47] Skai: Now the consciousness is, is changing. That's why we have all this chaos. You know, all these things that we say are horrible, they're part of that, uh, transmutation. Mm. Um, because the earth needs to cleanse, the humanity need to cleanse these [01:09:00] distortions, you know, th- th- this false hood, so they're coming up, they're boiling.

[01:09:04] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[01:09:04] Skai: That's why there is, you know, Epstein, you know, all these things happening, you know, which come to the surface for everybody to see. You know, and I go, "How, how can we do that? How can we..." Well, it's all part of our collective unconscious, you know, that are being cleansed basically, you know, so we can have like a brand-new consciousness.

[01:09:20] Skai: You know?

[01:09:20] Luke Storey: So yeah, looking at the, at the meta view of the state of affairs in the world, it's like what I get you're saying is that humanity is having a very similar experience right now, where things are being brought to the surface because the light of consciousness has gotten to a point where-

[01:09:36] Skai: Yeah

[01:09:37] Luke Storey: all must be seen and all must be known.

[01:09:39] Skai: Yeah.

[01:09:39] Luke Storey: Just something I remind myself of, because depending on my perspective on any given day, it can seem like, you know, the world is in the best place as, as it's ever been. Yeah. Because there's so many people awakening.

[01:09:51] Skai: Yeah.

[01:09:52] Luke Storey: But the forces of darkness on the other side of that duality seem to just be you know, they're like a cornered rat, right?

[01:09:58] Luke Storey: They're just like-

[01:09:59] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:09:59] Luke Storey: [01:10:00] grasping for power- With the Jung ... and control and, and mass genocide, you know? It's just like it's so dark. But the way, the way I see it on a good day is that it's like... Like, I saw someone on, uh, social media yesterday saying, "Oh, you know, I can't believe like we're in the darkest times ever," and I saw that and I thought, "I think it's always been this dark.

[01:10:20] Luke Storey: I just think that we didn't know that the mass, the masses of humanity were just asleep, right?" Yeah. They were, they were put into a state of amnesia and, um, and dis- so disconnected, and the, the levers of manipulation of the media and, and the government and the institutions were so sophisticated in the way that they were able to partition information from the general public that everyone just thought, especially in, in this country, right?

[01:10:47] Luke Storey: America, the land of the free. Yeah. We're free. You know, it's like, free? Are you kidding me? You know what I mean? This might be one of the least free places in the world now with all this surveillance and God knows what- Yeah ... with AI and all this, right?

[01:10:58] Skai: But it's- It's, it's more so than [01:11:00] China, but it's- Yeah

[01:11:01] Skai: not less, uh.

[01:11:01] Luke Storey: But it's like, um, the way I'm kind of seeing that when I... You know, again, like if I'm looking at it from a, a more positive lens is just that we seem to have reached a point collectively where the cat's out of the bag, as we say here. Mm-hmm. You know, I think with the advent of the internet and social media- Yeah

[01:11:19] Luke Storey: the ability we have to share information now is so instantaneous- That these kind of forces that have been moving in the, in the shadows and in the background, um, that most people are unaware of, now there's kind of like the emperor wears no clothes- Mm-hmm ... and we're all seeing, like, oh, wow. So it, it feels to me like we're at the phase of going, okay, we're acknowledging that there are some nefarious entities that seem to have wrestled control of humanity.

[01:11:49] Luke Storey: Yet at the same time, what I see happening is that we're realizing that we actually have the power-

[01:11:56] Skai: Mm-hmm ...

[01:11:57] Luke Storey: to create the kind of world that we want. So it's [01:12:00] like it's really this, this duality is kind of moving at this breakneck speed. This, you know, this, this force is kind of moving forward, but at the same time, the darkness and the light are, are kind of in lockstep, and things are better than ever, and things that are wor- Yeah

[01:12:16] Luke Storey: are worse than ever at the very same time. Yeah,

[01:12:18] Skai: it's both amplifying like-

[01:12:18] Luke Storey: Right? ... '

[01:12:19] Skai: cause it's, it's, it's a pendulum. No, so

[01:12:21] Luke Storey: it- So

[01:12:21] Skai: wh- wh- Yeah ...

[01:12:22] Luke Storey: so where, where, where do you see us from, from your perspective now, you know, on a, on a collective basis? I mean, you seem like a really happy person. I was listening to one of your other podcasts, and I thought, "I never trust anyone that's very serious," you know?

[01:12:37] Luke Storey: If someone's really serious, to me, that means they're really ego identified.

[01:12:40] Skai: Mm.

[01:12:41] Luke Storey: And I listen to you, I go, "Man, this guy's, like, blissed out. He's super happy." You know, it's like, I don't know. Yeah. Some days I feel like that, some days less so. I mean, admittedly, right? I have a lot of ups and downs. You seem to be really tapped in and happy.

[01:12:53] Luke Storey: From your perspective, how are we doing? Are w- are we gonna make it out of this thing, you know? Is, is [01:13:00] humanity going to be able to remember who we are and who we are to one another-

[01:13:05] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:13:05] Luke Storey: and, and overcome this matrix sort of prison, free-range prison situation that we found ourselves in?

[01:13:13] Skai: Yeah, because what, what we're going to understand is that matrix is our creation.

[01:13:18] Skai: It's not something outside of us. Now, when you were telling me you were bowling, you know, that ego out, and I used to call that God, but that God is me. That higher self is me, it's not something else, it's not another entity. I was just identified with my ego, you know? And I had so to look for a god, you know, or, or higher force.

[01:13:39] Skai: But then that god told me, "You are that." You know, "Stop being surrendering, talking to the Father. You are the Father." No, you, you are all of that. You are the, the, the, the Savior, you are the victim, you are the butcher. You know, the triad that people are quoting, you are the three of that. You, you create that for yourself.

[01:13:56] Skai: So I was-- uh, when I wrote my book, I would say [01:14:00] that part of that higher self or God. Now I say I've been creating that for myself to be ex- able to experience all the spectrum of reality, to be the victim, to be the savior, to be the butcher at times, you know, to, to have all these things, to be the, the father, to be the mother, to be the son, you know, to be...

[01:14:17] Skai: I created that because I want to experience all of that. Reality is meant to be experienced, you know, and I like to experience the broad spectrum, and we all do. We have different degrees, but it's just a question of degrees. So we all are creating that individually and collectively, but we are taught to see that as external powers.

[01:14:38] Skai: But these people, these, these, these, for how horrible it is, it's still like a place in us that it needs to be looked at, needs to be healed individually and collectively. That's what we do. As within, so without. So all the work we're doing inside, all the work I was doing to clear this, that you do in Clear that You, you're doing it [01:15:00] outside at the same time.

[01:15:01] Skai: Oh, and, and same thing as without, so within. So all these things that come up on the media, you know, that were horrible, it's things that force us to go inside and to clear that a-and to tend to these things. So it's, it's all working together. That's why for me, it's no doubt. You know, I used to believe, now I know, you know- Hmm

[01:15:20] Skai: that we, we, we're there already when paradise, you know, and that, that my mission now, it's really about that, you know? It's called Zero Point, and the first thing, uh, I say is paradise is, it's not another destination. It's not a future timeline. Oh, it's not somewhere else or afterlife. It's right here, right now when you are in that frequency, when you say, "Yeah, I'm in synchronicity.

[01:15:40] Skai: I'm aligned with everything," ooh, well you are in paradise. And then poof, you start deviating, you know, and you enter to another degree of, of, of hell, you know? It's same thing as the spectrum, you know, from paradise to hell. You navigate through this spectrum, but it's always there. When I was happy, even ignorant, I was in paradise when I grew up.

[01:15:58] Skai: Then I lost that, then I get [01:16:00] it again, and the, the biggest trick is that is like we are, we are taught, you know, so the distortion also of these stories, you know, that heaven is, is, is to come. You know, that the Messiah is to come, you know, to, to, to save us, you know, to help us. That if we are good boys and good girls, you know, in this life, then you're gonna go, you know, to that heaven.

[01:16:17] Skai: So, so we keep delaying, you know, when I be healed, when I have enough money, when I will, uh, be stronger, when I will be wiser, when the world will be ready, when there won't be n- uh, dark forces anymore. Right. Why, why we keep delaying

[01:16:30] Luke Storey: that- Yeah, or I think a l- what gets us, a lot of us stuck is we're, we're waiting for some Authority to come fix things.

[01:16:39] Luke Storey: Yeah You know, this kind of- Move without that ... illusion of democracy, you know, which is a really exciting thing to me that that's be- I think becoming more clear, you know, speaking of this country, but it's probably true of all countries, is that you, you know, you're looking for some political savior to come in and-

[01:16:55] Skai: Mm-hmm

[01:16:55] Luke Storey: change things, right? It's like- Yes, change things ... we're kind of seeing we're in this wash and rinse [01:17:00] cycle. It's like, huh, it all seems to be just going toward the same agenda regardless of whether-

[01:17:06] Skai: Mm-hmm ...

[01:17:07] Luke Storey: who's in charge, so to speak, you know? Uh, it seems to me that, uh, many of us are going, we need to take responsibility for our own consciousness- Yeah

[01:17:15] Luke Storey: and our own lives because no one is coming to save us. It doesn't matter who's president or senator or who your local mayor is or whatever. It's like-

[01:17:23] Skai: Huh ...

[01:17:23] Luke Storey: there's a kind of inertia to empire that's just going to keep going, and it, it, the reason it keeps going is 'cause we believe we need it, you know?

[01:17:33] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm. Right? Yeah, we, we like

[01:17:35] Skai: create

[01:17:35] Luke Storey: that. It's like, well, why do governments keep doing this genocidal disgusting stuff over and over again? It's, well, 'cause we are the government. Like- Yeah ... we are the one that's buying into their power and- Like

[01:17:44] Skai: giving our power

[01:17:46] Luke Storey: without or- Giving, giving them the authority to do what they do.

[01:17:48] Luke Storey: So that sense of responsibility of like, wow, yeah, I've been voting my way into this hell.

[01:17:54] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[01:17:55] Luke Storey: You know, how do I opt out and build something else entirely rather than trying to tear down [01:18:00] something that-

[01:18:00] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:18:01] Luke Storey: that doesn't wanna be torn down.

[01:18:03] Skai: Yeah, it's about exiting this game, you know, because now we can see it, whether you go Republican or Democrat.

[01:18:08] Skai: It's like it's two evils. Uh, like, so w- people tell me, uh, "What evil do you choose?" I don't choose evil. I choose truth, you know? So- Right. Right ... so I'm choosing something else. You can do that. For some people, that's a choice, you know? For me, I choose truth no matter what, and you can always do that. It can be painful to choose truth, but it feels good because you align, you know, with, with your true self.

[01:18:31] Skai: Like, uh, when I was on my chair, you know, it was painful, but somewhat it felt good 'cause I was not going, you know, with these forces telling me, "Give up," blah, blah, blah. "I can't. You should kill yourself." You know, I was going with... So you feel good when you do that, and when you feel good, to me, you're in heaven, you know, no matter how painful it is.

[01:18:48] Skai: Because heaven, people imagine, you know, it's, uh, it's a place where, yeah, you have like your cocktail on the beach, you know, with your friends, you know. You have a little dance. That's so cool. Well, that's part of it, but again, that becomes [01:19:00] boring after time. Heaven is a place where you, you, you keep working at a different level, and the ecstasies are amazing, but there is things also to, to transmit, you know, through that constantly.

[01:19:09] Skai: Because each time you reach a higher frequency, like you say, you know, I'm reaching this, this... Now I'm feeling better, and I have that coming, but you play to a new game, you know, new levels, like a video game. You, you upgrading your game, so your adversary is stronger. Otherwise, you know, you just shoot it like that.

[01:19:24] Skai: It would be boring, and that's how we keep Bringing our soul online, huh? Like really bringing our gift online, creating our spark, you know? Because spark energy is created through friction, huh? You need, you need two forces, you know, rubbing. Ooh, that's

[01:19:38] Luke Storey: good.

[01:19:38] Skai: So when you do that, you, you creating energy, and our soul wants energy.

[01:19:42] Skai: That's, that's the main thing our soul wants. That's why we come into this world, no matter how, you know, screwed up it is or challenging it is because for most of us, we're strong souls, huh? And we want to play that game now. And the moment we understand that, and more and more people begin, you know, to understand that, which what [01:20:00] makes me so happy and so confident in what's happening because that information is online, not just in media, but in people, huh?

[01:20:07] Skai: It, it start changing because then you exit that game. I didn't know that. I was also fighting. I was wanting to be a savior. You know? I said, "Oh, catastrophe. The earth is manipulated," you know, all of that. "We need to save that." That's for how I did all this crazy stuff. But today, I wouldn't do that because I don't need to, you know?

[01:20:23] Skai: Because I realized I can't keep fighting these forces. I wouldn't fight them politically, but inside constantly. Yeah.

[01:20:28] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[01:20:28] Skai: Constantly. Even after those three years when I became Marine my power, constant... um, not constantly, but a lot of the time until I understood where each time I win, you know, when I go inside and, and, and, and, and I take this energy down, and each time I lose because I keep doing that.

[01:20:43] Skai: I'm not living. I don't have a life. I'm not making money. I'm just constantly going, you know? And, and that's when I realized, well, there's another way to do that. I like to do it through, through a place of love, through a place of truth, and, and progressively, that's a few year now when I've been exiting this, this duality, you know, this fighter.

[01:20:55] Skai: And I'm grateful to it. It was amazing. That's how I played that first part of my life, you know, that game. But now I'm just changing the game. And, and we have... that possibility is actually very easy to just... it's a frequency, and, and we can tune it. So[01:21:00]

[01:21:16] Skai: Imagine a lot of people realizing that. And it's not, it's not very-- it doesn't require a lot of effort. Like we s- just mainly stopping the efforts and boom, y-you start, you start entering that space, and you feel it more and more, and you feel it collectively. And, and once you feel this state, you don't want to go back to the other crap.

[01:21:32] Skai: You know, like you passed it. So more and more people are not gonna want to go back, you know, to what's happening. So more and more this bait, you know, that are given to us, you know, to lure us into sex or into addictions, you know, into violence and it's not gonna work anymore. You know, they're gonna be maybe more refined for a time.

[01:21:48] Skai: At, at, at some point, you just understand the story. You know, it's like Satan, uh, Satan, uh, tricking Christ. You know, Buddha, at the voice, "Okay, I know you." You know, like, so you, you experience this, you fight your enemy, which [01:22:00] is you. You know, Satan is the other part of you. It's your shadow. And at some point you say, "Okay, Satan, I understand."

[01:22:06] Skai: And then you, you, you, you transcend that. But there's still a part that remains, so you keep transmitting. At least that's my experience. Not like I'm saying I'm always happy like that. You know, I have moments where also I'm like taken down. It doesn't last too long now compared to before. But there's moments when I don't understand what to do and, and, and somewhat I like it.

[01:22:24] Skai: It forces me to go deeper, to work with my wife or with my community or do different things. So we harness our energy and, and we create a new reality again. You know, so it's, it, it, it becomes fun. And when you have removed the voice that say, "It's horrible because I believe it was like this, I believe..." And you accept the game that you create- Yeah

[01:22:43] Skai: as a, as a master, as a creator, not as a victim, you become sovereign. The game becomes fun no matter how hard it is because you're playing it from, from the creator place- Mm-hmm ... from the master place. Mm-hmm. So my mission is to bring as many people to this understanding, you know, to this experience first and to this ext- uh, [01:23:00] understanding.

[01:23:00] Skai: You know, so the techniques, you know, are healed. I, I, I use to help people heal and, and understand, and I see how it works. Uh, I see the, the, the, the results. You know, like I'm doing this course. I just finished this course with the Shift Network, and I ask at the end, you know, it's worth 12 weeks, "Who's feeling now you live from that frequency?"

[01:23:18] Skai: You know, and I have-- I can tell you many people who are not in that frequency at all, no matter how many courses they've been doing in their life. Ev- almost everyone raised their hands. You know, a few, a few didn't, but 90, 95%, it's not that they're perfect, you know. Th-that doesn't exist, this perfection. But they know now they are souls.

[01:23:35] Skai: They feel it. You know, they feel happy to go, you know, to work, to go do these things. They still fall, but they come back. You know, they have tool for that. And I see it works for great majority of people who do the work, of course. You know, the, the ones who just want a quick fix and be done, it, it doesn't.

[01:23:49] Skai: That's their reality. They're gonna keep playing

[01:23:51] Luke Storey: the- Yeah, just get me on an hour Zoom and fix my life. Yeah, yeah,

[01:23:54] Skai: I can give you a great experience for an hour, you know, but then you, you have to do the

[01:23:58] Luke Storey: work. You just, uh, you [01:24:00] just, uh, elicited kind of a, an epiphany for me, you know, in thinking about the collective and, and zooming out on humanity and these kind of forces on, on, on the sides of good and evil and this kind of spiritual war, it's like it seems to me that the, the machine of, of empire, the matrix, uh, whatever you wanna call it, you know, the way that they're operating now is so blatant and out in the open that it seems to me that it's almost intentionally that the, the, the, that greater part of that, that darker side of reality is being exposed almost in an effort to get us riled up so that we're fighting that darkness, right?

[01:24:44] Luke Storey: To create more internal conflict and to create more conflict within the collective- Mm ... to prevent us from doing what actually works, is what you just described, which I would summarize as making the light brighter-

[01:24:56] Skai: Mm ...

[01:24:56] Luke Storey: rather than trying to fight the darkness. So it's almost like this darkness [01:25:00] is being exposed almost as a distraction so that we divert our energy into rising up and trying to- Yeah

[01:25:06] Luke Storey: trying to fight that darkness, when actually the path out of that darkness is just to increase our light and just say, "Oh, you guys have fun over there. We're going over here. Sky and I are gonna have a conversation." Yeah. "We're going toward the light. Okay, darkness is there. I need to address the darkness within me in order to overcome it, but I still can't even fight the darkness within myself.

[01:25:24] Luke Storey: It only, it only emboldens it because I'm still in a place of resistance, and therefore I'm a victim to my own shadow, my own darkness," right? Whereas, like addressing it from a place of, um, Being proactive, taking responsibility, accountability, humility, applying these really base spiritual principles to it- Mm-hmm

[01:25:44] Luke Storey: allows me to elevate myself and help elevate other people without even having to go into fighting the darkness. It's like we're just, we're fighting for light. We're not fighting against darkness. Yeah, yeah. Would you, would you say that as a- I

[01:25:57] Skai: w- I would even remove the word [01:26:00] fighting. Okay. Because the word fighting keeps you into-

[01:26:02] Luke Storey: There you go.

[01:26:02] Skai: Okay. Good, good ... enemy

[01:26:03] Luke Storey: and enemy. Yeah.

[01:26:04] Skai: Got it. As long as you are enemy, you fight. Lao Tzu, you know, in the Tao, he said, you know, "The, the one who doesn't fight, nobody can fight him or fight her."

[01:26:12] Luke Storey: Hmm. Mm-hmm.

[01:26:13] Skai: And if, if you keep fighting... And I knew that, but I didn't apply it. I thought, "Okay, that's nice, but I have to fight."

[01:26:18] Skai: That's what most people say. "Okay, we have to take down, you know, this, this, these rapists, you know, these people who control." Uh, and so, okay, you, we have to take down these extreme, you know, Trumpists. You know, that's what both sides are doing, uh- Yeah ... and, and so they perpetuate that game. Now, remember politic, I don't talk much about politics because for me it's, anyway, it's that game.

[01:26:37] Skai: But yeah, some people for good reason wanted Trump, you know, because he's going to fight the, the dark forces, you know? And, and some others wanted against Trump because he had the potential to be a tyrant. Well, both are right. You know, there's something happening there. Yeah. But both are wrong also because, you know, Trump given power, look at what he's doing, you know?

[01:26:54] Skai: And, and so all these people who are still in these dualities, they keep, they keep experiencing that. And I was saying to my [01:27:00] friend, "You know, that's not the answer. You know, nobody's gonna save you. Save this system, it's been to collapse. It's collapsing. You know?" Mm-hmm. Like, look where you can create something new.

[01:27:09] Skai: And the illusion that keeps us there is that we need, uh, to do something. You know, we say, "Okay, this is true, this is nice, you know, bullshit spiritual, but okay, there's, there's, there's, there's war there, you know? There's that." And so, okay, if it's your reality, do it. But when you really apply that really, that, that doesn't mean you're bypassing.

[01:27:27] Skai: I don't think I'm a bypasser. You know, like so people say that, I say, "Okay." You're just changing reality really, and you're changing in people, you're changing in your life, and then you go to the right places, you begin meeting people like you because we attract through resonance. That's literally we are vibrating beings, and so our vibration attracts like-minded vibrations.

[01:27:47] Skai: So if our vibration is fear, we attract fear. If it's love, it's love, you know? And to the degree we have, if we become more and more and more and more love, and love is not love and light, it, it's a real power. It's discernment, you know? It's an [01:28:00] anchor, you know? It's a truth. Then we start attracting people like that in our field.

[01:28:04] Skai: You know, like in, uh, like for me, like in podcast, you know, I go only to places I like. I don't compromise myself. I'm not running, and now I keep meeting so many friends. Whereas before, I would meet so many enemies or complication or challenges- Yeah. Yeah ... because I was fighting the system. I was so, like, in rage against it, you know?

[01:28:20] Skai: Like it was before everybody become enraged with it, I was already... And I had the vision, so I was like, "We need to take this down." That was my fuel. That's what made me do that. Yeah. But then I realized it, it, it's endless. So when you, you remove this, your reality change because the reality is there is a collective reality, but mainly it's personal.

[01:28:38] Skai: You know, what you experience, you, you create your own reality. So within the same context, uh, for what I see in the future, I know I had some vision. Again, we're gonna have 20, 30 years of challenging times, but there are gonna be bubbles within that, you know, which are gonna be more than bubble progressively where people are gonna live in this frequency because they're choosing to live somewhere else.

[01:28:58] Skai: Huh? Because they're choosing to, to live [01:29:00] differently because they also know how to handle certain things and work through certain challenges. That doesn't mean these person are just gonna be in community where everybody, everything is nice, but they get used to, to a certain level of work, and when you do a level of work with brother and sisters, you know, aligned with the same truth, even if it's hard, it's beautiful.

[01:29:17] Skai: You know? It's like if... Yeah. Like being together for a cause that you believe for. You know? This is the most beautiful thing you can do, and that helps you to transmit all of that, and when you do that, you're already in heavens. You know? Heaven is not a final stage where war ceases, everybody has food and shelter.

[01:29:35] Skai: That's again the, the, the image that keep delaying the seeing. It's finding that, that solace inside. Huh? That knowing that I am, I am divine. I am the divine actually. I am creating that, and no matter when I want, I can shift that, and if I want to play the drama, I play the drama. I become the actor. But if I want to play the writer or the master, I can, you know, the creator.

[01:29:56] Skai: That to me i- is heaven frequency. And so that, [01:30:00] that shift what humanity is experiencing, and some people needs, still need to experience these extreme, you know, dualities, so they're going to go to that route. Some people are done with it, you know, so they go to a new one. It's, it's well done, you know, like, uh, the game but Yes.

[01:30:15] Skai: And at the same time, we also live collectively. So that doesn't mean we're gonna have that golden age, 'cause I think they're researching like that also. Like at some point I see it more 2050s, it's gonna be more 2150s. Um, but... No 20... Yeah, 2050s. But it's, it's going to be like incremental. It's not, not gonna happen in one day.

[01:30:37] Skai: And if you play this game, you begin enjoying it no matter, you know, what, what's really happening. You know, if, if tomorrow I have to go to war, well, fine. You know, I, I've done that. It's okay, let's go back now. I've been having enough of this. If you accept also this, you don't have-- If you don't go against, it becomes smooth.

[01:30:54] Skai: You know, it becomes much smoother and nicer. So that's how I see it already happening, you [01:31:00] know, and more and more and more until, until we don't need that. And then we go play with a different game where there will still be challenges, but not abusing children, uh, or like, uh- Yeah. Yeah ... raping people or, or killing people.

[01:31:12] Skai: You know, at some point we'll be bored with that, you know. And even the, the lower frequency people either they have to exit this game or, or, or, or they will have to change, I think

[01:31:27] Luke Storey: Your body has somehow been managing to heal cuts and scrapes your entire life. But somehow we got duped into thinking we need disinfectants that sting or burn to make the process work better. It's crazy, especially when you find out the body already produces one of the most powerful tools for supporting damaged skin.

[01:31:45] Luke Storey: It's called hypochlorous acid, and it's what your white blood cells make as part of your natural immune response. It fights pathogens, calms inflammation, and supports tissue repair. So I'm thinking, why not put that same biology to work on the [01:32:00] outside? And that's the whole idea behind Active Skin Repair.

[01:32:03] Luke Storey: Their medical-grade formula helps cleanse, soothe, and support healing without discomfort or disrupting healthy tissue. And this stuff is ridiculously versatile. I'm talking cuts, scrapes, burns, breakouts, bug bites, rashes, irritated skin. You just spray it on and let your body do what it already knows how to do.

[01:32:23] Luke Storey: So to get your skin issues fixed up, here's what you do. Go to lukestory.com/skinrepair and use the code Luke at checkout to save 20% off your order. 'Cause sometimes the smartest health technology isn't about overriding your biology. It's about working with the intelligence that's already built in.

[01:32:41] Skai: So again, hit up lukestory.com/skinrepair, and don't forget the code Luke to save that 20%.

[01:32:49] Luke Storey: I think about that sometimes. I picture a realm like Earth or maybe on this Earth, say at some point in the future when consciousness, the [01:33:00] consciousness of humanity has evolved to a certain point Wherein the duality, obviously you, you need the duality, otherwise the s- the purpose of the whole game is, is null and void, right?

[01:33:11] Luke Storey: It's like we wouldn't be in a body if we weren't supposed to experience separation.

[01:33:16] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[01:33:16] Luke Storey: But if I kind of fast-forward, say we're in a place where rather than you have satanic baby-eating pedophiles running the world, it's like maybe a transgression on the dark side would be like, you know, you shoplift and you steal a candy bar you know?

[01:33:31] Luke Storey: And that's like- Mm-hmm ... that's the darkness, is someone that does something like that is like, "Oh my God, you stole a piece of candy out of the store?" Like that is, you know, that's like a heinous crime at a certain level, right? Mm-hmm. And then imagine the opposite of that, the light. Every- everyone walking around is a, is their own Jesus, you know?

[01:33:47] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[01:33:48] Luke Storey: It's like you have enlightened beings are just the vast majority of people, you know? I think about that. It's just like... 'Cause if you look at our history, where we are now, you could say, "Oh, it's the darkest time ever," but [01:34:00] actually we're more civilized now than we've ever been.

[01:34:02] Skai: Yeah. Right? In certain ways.

[01:34:03] Luke Storey: Right? E- e- 'cause you, you go from like, you know, the Vikings just raping and pillaging and, and- Yeah ... indiscriminately just wiping out a whole village and just killing everyone for fun and then, you know, a few hundred or thousand years go by, and all of a sudden they're going, "You know, maybe instead of killing everyone in this village, we could enslave them," which is of course terrible, too, but it's still a step above-

[01:34:22] Luke Storey: just raping and pillaging for no reason. You know what I mean?

[01:34:25] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[01:34:25] Luke Storey: It's like now most people would agree, uh, that slavery is wrong and murder is wrong and genocide's wrong. It still happens.

[01:34:33] Skai: Yeah. Yeah,

[01:34:33] Luke Storey: hundred percent. But we're still in a better place than we were, you know? It just seems to take, in linear time, it seems to take so long for humanity to, you know, reach up the elevation to get to higher states of consciousness, so I often just wonder, wow, you know.

[01:34:48] Luke Storey: But it seems to be going exponentially faster now also.

[01:34:52] Skai: Yeah, now the pace is increasing.

[01:34:53] Luke Storey: But yeah, it's, it's just an interesting kind of thought experiment, you know. What would a place where you still have good and evil but the evil just isn't so [01:35:00] bad you know? It's like- I

[01:35:01] Skai: think it's easy to- ...

[01:35:02] Luke Storey: stealing a car would be like the worst possible crime you could think of, you

[01:35:05] Skai: know?

[01:35:06] Skai: Yeah. I think at some point we, we exit that completely, and, and what we work would be different. It's like more harmonizing frequency. It's like you're creating music. Now for instance, when you create music, there's this challenge also at some point, or, or when you write your book, like you're writing now, some point you're in the flow.

[01:35:23] Skai: You know, it's amazing. You're creating. You know, you, you're channeling a lot of it, and then boom, you become doubting or you become being in your ego, and you have to, to retune that, huh? And that keeps you very well entertained actually to do that. And so I see more things like that. You know, like you say also, "I'm feeling good, and then I don't know what.

[01:35:39] Skai: I'm starting feeling off." So you learn to rebalance your frequency. Huh? And sometimes instead of doing your energy work or your breathwork, you go and you eat a chocolate, you know? So that's maybe for me now- Yeah, yeah, yeah ... it's more that level of, oh, I didn't listen to my guide. I know I shouldn't do comfort food, but this time I did comfort food.

[01:35:58] Skai: So that's my evil right now. It's [01:36:00] that, you know, that's how far I can go.

[01:36:01] Luke Storey: Totally.

[01:36:02] Skai: But that doesn't mean I keep tuning thing all the time. I was in a gathering just now. At some point I start picking up energies, you know, that are not so great, so I need to rebalance them and, and I need to come to this podcast, and I want to have clean energy, you know?

[01:36:13] Skai: So it's-- Mm-hmm ... I think you, you begin playing at a dif- different levels, but you, you still transmitting darkness into light. It's not just the same gross stuff.

[01:36:24] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[01:36:24] Skai: It becomes more and more and more and more fine.

[01:36:25] Luke Storey: Totally. That's, that's, that's a great point, and that's been my, my experience too, where, you know, say, uh, a transgression for me may have been using heroin in the past Yeah

[01:36:37] Luke Storey: just following, falling into those cycles of addiction. Now a transgression for me is, like, the little voice is like, "You should have some ice cream. It's 11:00 PM." "You're about to go to bed." And I'm like, "Nah, bad idea." And I, and then I, I can't resist, and I do it, right? Yeah. And I go, oh, wow, okay. That's, that's pretty good, relatively speaking.

[01:36:55] Luke Storey: Yeah. If you look at the temptations that used to draw me in and the temptations that draw me in [01:37:00] now, there, there has definitely been a progression where if I happen to kind of fall and, and lose that sense of, um, agency around a habit or, you know, some sort of tendency, propensity, et cetera, that it's still not as bad as it once was.

[01:37:17] Luke Storey: And even that becomes more refined over time. You know, there's things where I go, "Well, no, I'm not gonna eat the ice cream, you know, that's like a lot of dairy. I'll have the acai," you know? Yeah. No dairy. Yeah, exactly. It's like I'm still getting, you know, 25 grams of sugar or something like that, but it's like even that, there's still a little bit of refinement as time goes on.

[01:37:34] Luke Storey: You refine

[01:37:35] Skai: it, and then you learn to not punish yourself also because

[01:37:37] Luke Storey: it is a huge, big one. That's a huge... That, that one's been really difficult for me. Yeah. The spiritual perfectionism I call it. Oh, me too. Yeah You know, where it's like, "Oh, I'm, I'm supposed to be a monk now." It's like, dude, you're still in a body, okay?

[01:37:47] Luke Storey: Yeah. Like, you're only gonna get so far while you still have a body. Yeah. You can only disidentify with intellect, body, ego so much 'cause you're still in it, you know? And that's why people that [01:38:00] manage to do that become so exceptional. You know, the, the mystics of, of history, you know, and all of the different traditions.

[01:38:07] Luke Storey: I mean, it's so rare that we actually put them on a pedestal and we have a, we have a photo of them in our altar.

[01:38:13] Skai: Yeah. '

[01:38:13] Luke Storey: Cause it's, it's very rare that that happens for someone, where they are able to be in a body and completely transcend the identification with body.

[01:38:22] Skai: And often, uh, some of these teacher were not really in life anymore.

[01:38:26] Skai: Uh, the, the old model was to teach, you know, in ashram, to have the teacher, the students. So it... You enter a new level of reality when it's kind of actually easier to do this, huh? But when you have to have a family, have a job or have all... Like it's today, you know, because today we're not supposed to be guru and disciple.

[01:38:42] Skai: We're supposed to all become our own gurus. So that model i- is crumbling, the old model, which has some good also. People needed th- these hierarchies, you know, to learn. But now it's, it's obsolete. So all these teachers, they're also taken down into, into the world basically, and they need to do these things.

[01:38:58] Skai: They need to accept that they're not perfect [01:39:00] also. That-

[01:39:00] Luke Storey: Yeah ...

[01:39:01] Skai: you know, they're gonna be great at that, and then they're like completely, uh, complete failures at this, and that's fine, huh? Because we, we're here to learn. So this, this is also changing to me, and that actually interesting.

[01:39:11] Luke Storey: I like-- So the, the, the prevalent, uh, kind of belief system that you have The teacher-student hierarchy is necessary to advance.

[01:39:22] Luke Storey: Is that what you're saying?

[01:39:23] Skai: Yeah. For me it was before when they-- we were still in that, uh, more dense layer of consciousness and when some people indeed were more advanced spiritually, some less, uh, so they need to guide them. But now we've r-reaching a level when the, the field is very open. It's-- I see how it's easy for people to do stuff that would cost me like so much before.

[01:39:42] Skai: Yeah. Now they do it like that.

[01:39:43] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[01:39:44] Skai: Because the field is open, because there's a lot of information, because energy is contagious. You know, a lot of people with it. Right.

[01:39:49] Luke Storey: Right.

[01:39:50] Skai: So now we're reaching a place that has not really existed, you know, at least in the humanity, uh, uh, we've known, where that knowledge, that wisdom, that energy becomes available.[01:40:00]

[01:40:00] Skai: And, and so we don't need to do that. We don't need-- yeah, we still need to have some guides. Sure. Sure. That helps. Uh, but like you have a guide for energy, you have a guide for diet, you know, you have this, you have too many guides today. That's one of the problem. But this, this, that. You know, I need a guide to teach me how to use AI, uh, 'cause I'm not good with it.

[01:40:18] Skai: So the, it, it's, it's a bit more like this. And indeed, certain guides are really master at what they do, and you better work with them 'cause they're gonna really help you. Otherwise, you're gonna get a long road, you know, with people who are pretending and have not really mastered their craft. So for me, I always look for the masters at their craft, you know, whether I'm learning painting- Yeah

[01:40:36] Skai: or I'm learning singing. I look, okay, is that person really embodying? Uh, do, do I really like that person? But then I'm doing my work to learn. You know, it's like I take, I take a teacher for... And it's, it's, it's more like this today, and I think it's also healthy. Okay.

[01:40:51] Luke Storey: That's interesting. You know, it's like there's a, a momentum of, uh, potentiality of awakening right now, too, that sometimes I miss [01:41:00] just because I'm caught up in life.

[01:41:01] Luke Storey: But if I step back and think about my own path is 29 years I've been deeply committed to all the things, you know. Mm-hmm. Spiritually and also physically healing and learning and growing and evolving. And I remember when I started out You know, there were, there were just, there was much less information out there, you know?

[01:41:22] Luke Storey: Yeah. And there were fewer people that were interested in that type of, you know, um, study and, and, and practice, and also fewer places to find it. And now, I think as I get older, you know, I'm 55 now, and I meet younger people who might be 20, 25, 30, 35, and, and they've only been on the path for three years, five years.

[01:41:43] Luke Storey: They're already at a place that took me 20 years. Yeah. You know what I mean? I'm like, "What?" It's not like I wasn't trying and didn't have the right resources. No. I mean, I, I had some great teachers, and I mean, I've been on, on various spiritual traditions and paths and things like that. But I think there's this exponential [01:42:00] momentum now where you find, you know, young people are really, really tapped in.

[01:42:05] Luke Storey: It's, it's really inspiring to me.

[01:42:07] Skai: Yeah.

[01:42:07] Luke Storey: But, you know, you kind of don't notice it because it's so close and it's so prevalent. It takes me a minute sometimes to step back and, you know, I just see someone on Instagram, you know, some young kid, and they're espousing real authentic wisdom. Yeah. You know? And I go, "What the hell?"

[01:42:22] Luke Storey: Like, they're everywhere, you know? Which is really a positive thing.

[01:42:26] Skai: And at the same time, you've been developing your own frequency also. You know, like people our generation, we are maybe more anchor, you know, more grounded, or more... We, we have other things. It took us a while. Yeah. But we, we're here to hold the different frequencies.

[01:42:38] Skai: Some of these young people are very fast, you know? But how solid it is, you know? How anchor or grounded it is. All of that. So we all now developing gifts. We're on pathway. We're not less. You know, people say the, the, the new ones now, they're amazing. Yeah, I agree, they're amazing. That doesn't mean they're more than me, you know?

[01:42:55] Skai: It's, it's not a comparison. Yeah. Yeah. It's just coming the different time or the different frequencies. But we've been [01:43:00] doing our work, just like our parents, you know, our sister have been doing their work in, in the context they have.

[01:43:05] Luke Storey: Right. Those things. So. Well, yeah, so you think about the, the baby boomers, you know, in the West that adopted these Eastern traditions and kind of set the movement of, uh, you know, meditation and yoga practices and things like that.

[01:43:18] Luke Storey: You know, those were my generation's parents, right? Mm-hmm. So they kind of paved the way, not only in... Exposing those, those traditions in terms of culture, but also they were practicing, right? And so they're paving the way and- Yeah ... kind of setting the table of consciousness for my generation, who then a few of us adopted that work and carried on, and it's like the field is becoming more expansive, therefore easier for someone who's newer on the path- Yeah

[01:43:45] Luke Storey: to tap into. It's like they're plugging into a circuit that's already lit up-

[01:43:49] Skai: Yeah ...

[01:43:49] Luke Storey: because the people that came before them powered it.

[01:43:52] Skai: Yeah, pioneers have been opening the way. That's why it's really a long co-creation. And, and- Right ... and at some point you, you understand that co-creation encompass [01:44:00] everything also.

[01:44:01] Skai: Now the people who are playing for, people who are playing against, it, it's all like a team, a teamwork. That doesn't mean you don't have to discern, you know, certain frequencies. Uh, it's not because I say that, you know, that that means I'm gonna hang out with anyone, you know, accept everything. I'm, like, v- highly discerning of people frequency.

[01:44:18] Skai: But I understand that these people have their role, you know? So no matter how distorted it is, you know, so it's, it's... If they're here, they have a role. We all have a role in, in, in the universe, all of us. Yeah. And if certain things or practices or, or distortions still exist because they still have a place, they're becoming obsolete, it's true.

[01:44:36] Skai: Mm-hmm. That's why now they're washing away, but that just, that just take time, you know, that, uh, washing away. And-

[01:44:40] Luke Storey: Well, you know, as a storyteller, you know, um, you have to have a protagonist and an antagonist to really have a compelling story.

[01:44:48] Skai: Yeah.

[01:44:48] Luke Storey: You know what I mean? So it's like I like your perspective of these are co-creators, you know, and they're a necessary part of the equation, but their relevance and importance in creating the [01:45:00] story is increasingly becoming diminished as more of us wake up.

[01:45:03] Skai: Exactly, because that's also the whole context of telling stories. Now we had that drama, you know, and I did that very well in my life, you know? Like the, the, the openings and the struggle, and that's great, but that's still a former storyline, you know, that drama story. I think now we're going to enter something where we can create without necessarily having antagonist.

[01:45:24] Skai: I'm, I'm working on a movie also. I'm back, you know, to this trilogy I was doing.

[01:45:28] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm.

[01:45:28] Skai: It's more a TV show now. But- They've been really clear, so that means there's no enemy there. And sometimes that's like, you know, that's tempting to say, "No, there's a backdrop," but it's like really a remote backdrop, huh?

[01:45:41] Skai: And the rest is focused on the creation, on what we create, what these people coming together create, huh? Like right now with my wife in Portugal, now we're opening a consciousness expansion center, and so what do we do there? You know, how do we bring people to work every day to develop these abilities?

[01:45:56] Skai: What happen when we develop these abilities? Because that's what I teach now. I [01:46:00] have people beginning to, to be able to work on the weather, to changing basically the, the, the weather. I had a ... In my group, I teach these techniques. A, a woman in Germany, she was with her niece, and it's not been raining the whole summer, and she did the practice and it rained.

[01:46:15] Skai: They were not forecast anything. Wow. And like, or you can say it's luck, but then I have another one who did the same with the fire in his region, and then the one there, and then the one there, and we did that, too. And that's so interesting.

[01:46:26] Luke Storey: I mean, you could take indigenous peoples from all over the world and tell them that story and they're like, "Duh."

[01:46:31] Skai: It's

[01:46:31] Luke Storey: normal. "

[01:46:31] Skai: What

[01:46:31] Luke Storey: do you think we've been doing for thousands of

[01:46:32] Skai: years?" Yeah, for, for them it's normal. You have the rainmakers. Yeah. Any tradition, people who do that. But that was still, you know, the shaman or people having a specific training. Now it's, it's available. Like the technique I teach to, to help people heal, you can use it for, for that also, and we ha- we had to use it in our place for the fire.

[01:46:50] Luke Storey: Let's, let's talk about your Zero Point teaching modality and your vortex-

[01:46:56] Skai: Mm ...

[01:46:56] Luke Storey: uh, technique, I think it's called. When I was listening [01:47:00] to, uh, one of your podcasts this morning, uh, you were directing the guest to do a counterclockwise sort of energetic golden light around their heart. And as I told you, I, I just came down with my f-first cold in six years.

[01:47:16] Luke Storey: Like, I'm so spoiled 'cause I never get sick. So whenever I get sick, it's so annoying. I have so much resistance to it. It's very hard for me to accept it, 'cause I'm like, "I work so hard to be healthy. Like, I should never, ever get sick." But anyway.

[01:47:29] Skai: It's okay, actually. It's, it's, it's again, something that need to be seen and transmit.

[01:47:33] Skai: It's not a failure. I used to be the same.

[01:47:35] Luke Storey: Yeah, I mean, I'm ki- I'm being a bit facetious. It's just, it... But I do get annoyed with it 'cause I'm just- Yeah ... you know, I'm just a very active, productive person, and so when something kind of gets in my way, my ego's like, "Oh, I'm trying to get shit done." Yeah. Like this interview today.

[01:47:49] Luke Storey: So anyway, I'm, I'm doing this laser treatment and all my treatments to try to really fortify myself to be able to be cognizant for this conversation today. And, um, so I started doing that practice, and it was [01:48:00] really interesting. I'm not generally that great at, like, visualizing things like that, so if I work with a healer or guide and they go, "Okay, I want you to imagine this or that," it's like my mind kinda wanders.

[01:48:12] Luke Storey: I can't really get into it typically. It's not, like, my strong suit. Um, whereas some other things I'm, I find come much easier. But anyway, I'm listening to it and you're guiding her, so I thought, "Oh, I'll join in." What was really interesting is I could really immediately start... Once I started doing it, I could trace this energy, like, moving, almost to the point where it felt like my shirt was, like, moving with it.

[01:48:35] Luke Storey: It was, it was very pronounced. Mm. It was really interesting. And I'm, I mean, I've done all kinds of things like that, and I go, "Ah, I don't really feel anything," but- Yeah ... I'm just going along with it, right? And this was only maybe, I don't know, five or 10 minutes that I'm listening to your audio. But I thought, "That's so strange," 'cause I'm normally, I'm like a good test subject because I'm not someone who's really finely tuned in those kind of sensitivities- Yeah

[01:48:56] Luke Storey: or has access to that kind of energy. But I was like, "Dude," [01:49:00] I was able to really stick with it, and I could feel the energy moving around my chest, and then I moved it around a little bit and was playing with it, and then at one point you asked the ho- the host said, "I, I feel like I wanna go clockwise," and you said, "Go.

[01:49:14] Luke Storey: Go ahead. Go clockwise." And so I did that for a little bit, and I was like, "I liked the counterclockwise better," so I went back to that- Mm-hmm ... and started doing it, and then next thing you know, my phone alarm goes off and you're knocking on the door. You know? Yeah. Or very soon after that. Um, but I'm, I'm intrigued by your, your work, so just tell us a little bit, um, more kinda fast-forwarding to where you are now, um, you know, after putting in those grueling many years of arriving to where you are to get to the point where your, your cup is full enough that you're able to actually share some of what you learned and-

[01:49:44] Skai: Mm-hmm

[01:49:45] Luke Storey: some of the gifts with other people.

[01:49:47] Skai: Yeah, I mean, it started a few years ago. I started doing some healings, which happened very fast. This time I was doing healings, uh, so I was there, and people would heal, like a cancer stage four, Crohn's disease, uh, Lyme disease, [01:50:00] uh, neuropathy, HIV, like really things that are not usually healed very fast, you know, one session, three, four.

[01:50:07] Skai: And I ex- was starting getting burnout, um, 'cause I would have more clients, and it takes me a lot of energy 'cause I would do the healing. Oh, it's, it's a force. It's a force, but I'm, I'm, I'm that for-- I'm working with that force. So it, it would take me 'cause I wanted still to save people, to help these pe- I would only work with people I would touch, you know, and I wanted to really help them.

[01:50:25] Skai: And, uh, and then, uh, spirit told me, "Now you have to teach people how to do it." You cannot, you know, you cannot grow and, and help humanity by doing that. You know, you're gonna only gonna help a few people. It's not scalable. It's not scalable. Yeah.

[01:50:36] Luke Storey: Yeah,

[01:50:36] Skai: yeah. So, so that's how I, I developed this process, uh, like this, this double vortex, and then the program I have now.

[01:50:43] Skai: And, uh, I, I found this process at the time after my three years, I went to Colorado, and I would go at night often, uh, in the snow, and I would be-- I would hear music, electronic music, very good music, like not ego-based. And, and I would begin s- dancing in the beginning, and then spinning. [01:51:00] So I would spin like the Rumi dervishes, you know, like, uh, mostly counterclockwise, I think, at the beginning.

[01:51:05] Skai: And that's how I began en- entering deeper level of consciousness and helping all the people I was working with, going into their soul, removing entities. You know, I would so-somewhat get ... Yeah, it's like I would enter a space and then go, go down, go down, and I would be inside the person, and I would do clearing like that.

[01:51:23] Skai: So I was mainly clearing, uh, counterclockwise with my body in, uh, uh, in the beginning. And then at some point, I realized I could do that like this without moving my body. I could just, you know, with my consciousness, move it. And so I started helping people clearing like that on, on the phone. I wouldn't even use Zoom at the time, like 2021.

[01:51:40] Skai: And, uh, people would feel it. Somebody with HIV in France, you know, was in LA, and he say, like you, "Oh, I feel the, the energy, uh, spinning around here." I say, "What direction?" "Oh, counterclockwise." You know, that's how I was doing it in my consciousness. Boom, healed, you know, after, uh, after many years, you know, of having that.

[01:51:57] Skai: And then spirit told me, "Well, now you can also go [01:52:00] clockwise." So I would use basically Counterclockwise to clear, like you unscrew something. Uh, and then you always do it, uh, so you unscrew from your field distorted energy what you do not want, and once it's clear, you feel usually peace. Uh, you feel, you feel light or you see light, then you go clockwise to reprogram basically what you have.

[01:52:19] Skai: And that's exactly how it works in quantum physics. You know, I've been recently meeting some, some quantum physicists, amazing people, and they say, "Yeah, it, it's exactly like that actually. Like the torus, you know, function this way." And I didn't know it, you know, I didn't read it from my mind. I, I, I, I channeled it throughout the years, but that's why it works so well, because it's exactly aligning with our own energetic field, which is a torus, so that donut shape, uh, like energy.

[01:52:44] Skai: But within the torus there is a counterclockwise motion and a clockwise motion, and these two create that wormhole, uh, like the zero point. Zero point in quantum physics is the, the, the source, basically the... when the energy is at rest. Now imagine a sea moving, it [01:53:00] become at rest. So it's all energy field and at the same time maximum potential And when the sea is flat, it, it's not manifested, it's not agitated, but the potential is, is the hugest.

[01:53:10] Skai: And so th-this practice help you go down to that state, to reset you basically to the state of peace, and at the same time your power come online, and then you can reprogram. You enter in God mode. Now you become your, your own divinity, and you can access-- as you access this wormhole to zero point, you naturally can go into someone, if you're working on someone, into yourself, uh, into, into your heart, into a past life, into a future timeline, into the consciousness of the wind or of the fire.

[01:53:40] Skai: It, it's you just entering a place where you can connect with other consciousness. And so that, that what I teach, I discover progressively, oh, but when you do that, you can do actually everything. So it's one simple practice that I ask, you know, students to practice three times, two, three times a day, ideally, you know, and, and people shift everything.

[01:53:59] Skai: They're [01:54:00] becoming-- hearing their guidance. Uh, sometimes they call it guides, sometimes they call it God or intuition 'cause they begin connecting basically to that. They begin feeling like you. You know, you felt that energy. Most people tell me, "I never feel it, how it works." I'm like, "How many people are telling me that?"

[01:54:15] Skai: Well, maybe you don't feel it 'cause people who share it, they don't also have this frequency, uh, so they give a technique that works or not. But here it's embedded in this work, you know, so people do it and, and, and they can access it really quick. And once you, you realize, oh, that works, then you want to do it more, and you want to do it more, and you start-- You begin to clear yourself, to take care of your field, your energetic field, which is your soul, which is your true self.

[01:54:39] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm.

[01:54:40] Skai: Instead of taking care of the... Not instead, but prior to take care of the rest. Uh, like if I have like your flu or something like that, I don't go to external source. I go immediately to my energy to destroy this, this, this virus. You know, whatever intrusion is in my body, 'cause that's my body, that's my kingdom.

[01:54:57] Skai: I'm the king, and I don't accept that. [01:55:00] And, and I see many people doing that now, you know, like brilliantly and pretty quick. So the technique, I don't know if you want, um, if you still have time, and maybe we've been talking a lot to do a test live or not. Let's do it. You want to do it?

[01:55:11] Luke Storey: I love it.

[01:55:12] Skai: Well, but l-l- yeah, let's do it.

[01:55:13] Skai: Absolutely.

[01:55:19] Luke Storey: If your meditation practice feels like work instead of peace, listen up. A lot of us sit with the best of intentions. We're trying to quiet the mind, experience inner stillness, maybe even connect with something deeper within. But the fact is that if your body can't let go of background stress, it makes all of that more difficult, sometimes even impossible.

[01:55:38] Luke Storey: And that's why I use the Apollo Neuro. It's a wearable that sends gentle rhythmic pulses through your body, and that signal communicates safety through your sense of touch. And when your nervous system feels safe, everything changes. Your breath slows down, you settle in faster, and you can actually drop into a meditative state without all the struggle.

[01:55:58] Luke Storey: I've noticed when I use the [01:56:00] Apollo, I just go deeper and faster, like my body finally decided to cooperate with my mind, and it doesn't stop there. Apollo comes with an app called Smart Vibes AI that learns your patterns and automatically adjusts the support you need when you need it. Here's where you wanna go to get your nervous system dialed in.

[01:56:18] Luke Storey: It's called apolloneuro.com/luke. And if you use the code Luke, you get $99 off the Apollo wearable and Smart Vibes AI bundle. Apollo takes the friction out of my meditation practice, but the real win is how it helps my system stay calm, present, and way less reactive throughout the day. So you definitely wanna check out apolloneuro.com/luke, and that code is Luke to save $99.

[01:56:46] Skai: And everybody can do it at the same time, just like you did with this podcast. Okay. I, I realize people watch a podcast, they do it, and it works for them, you know? Because- Great ... we, we opening a field together and we can all do our things, you know, at that moment.

[01:56:58] Luke Storey: Beautiful.

[01:56:58] Skai: Fucking yeah.

[01:56:59] Luke Storey: So [01:57:00] maybe people, if they're driving a car, maybe is this-

[01:57:04] Skai: Yeah, you can e- even do it eyes open, these techniques.

[01:57:06] Skai: That's the beauty of it. Okay. But I wouldn't recommend that to do that- Okay ... because then we have a liability. So do not do this. Yeah.

[01:57:11] Luke Storey: Yeah. Yeah.

[01:57:12] Skai: But technically you, you can do, uh... Yeah, just be careful with... I, I do it in my car if I don't feel good, but I'm still focused on the road, so I'm just able to do, you know, these two things at the same time.

[01:57:22] Skai: Got it. But it's a good practice to do eyes open, not when you drive, but to- Okay ... to do it in real life. No, you don't necessarily... You want to do eyes open?

[01:57:31] Luke Storey: Cool. Uh, no, I was-- Uh, what, what, what would you recommend? Eyes

[01:57:34] Skai: closed or- Let's, let's do eyes closed. It's easier. Okay.

[01:57:36] Luke Storey: Cool.

[01:57:36] Skai: But at some point it's good to do, uh...

[01:57:39] Skai: So let's, let's, uh... First step, we, we stop the mind, you know? And we all have this power, even for a few seconds. We stop the mind, we take our power, king and queens, and we drop the energy into the heart. So we bring our consciousness, instead of thinking, into our heart point, center point [01:58:00] And from there we begin to creating the liquid gold, the counterclockwise motion with the liquid gold.

[01:58:08] Skai: So you don't have to see it perfectly. You don't even have to see it. You just have to feel, you know, movement. And what is it? It's mainly your consciousness moving counterclockwise around you And all the distractions, you know, the thoughts, concepts, stories, the fears, the mind, you just let them drop into this vortex.

[01:58:33] Skai: You don't fight anything

[01:58:50] Skai: So progressively you're becoming this vortex, you're making space

[01:58:55] Skai: You're taking time[01:59:00]

[01:59:00] Skai: for yourself

[01:59:10] Skai: And I usually always call the divine source, no? To ground, activate, protect, expand our energy

[01:59:29] Skai: And we're going to ask for finding the root, the main reason of your cold, so you can understand it and shift it Every, every pain, every disease is just a message that needs to be heard. That's why you don't want to say, "Oh, it's bad. I'm, I'm a failure." No, just have something to listen to. Body has perfect science

[01:59:58] Skai: So what do you feel? [02:00:00]

[02:00:02] Luke Storey: I just got a message, uh, in regard to the cold. The words came very clear and instantaneously, "Pushing too hard."

[02:00:10] Skai: Exactly. I know it. I have the same also. That's when I get sick, and that's when I'm happy 'cause I say, "Okay, I need to relax now." Yeah. And when you understand that sooner, you don't...

[02:00:21] Skai: Again, you're not fighting that anymore. You say, "Oh, thank you. I can relax." So very good. So now how do you feel?

[02:00:32] Luke Storey: I definitely feel a sort of pressure, warmth, weight in my chest where I was focusing my energy. Very good. So go into the pressure.

[02:00:56] Skai: What do you see, Phil?[02:01:00]

[02:01:04] Skai: The field is, is quite empty actually So go, go into the emptiness

[02:01:22] Skai: What's happening now?

[02:01:27] Luke Storey: A softness. It's asking for like a collapse into softness.

[02:01:32] Skai: Mm-hmm. So like embrace, embrace that softness completely. Like become that softness[02:02:00]

[02:02:02] Skai: What's happening now?

[02:02:07] Luke Storey: It feels like I'm melting or shrinking into my center.

[02:02:12] Skai: Mm-hmm. And how does it feel?

[02:02:16] Luke Storey: Feels really good.

[02:02:22] Luke Storey: And then I'll, I'll notice the mind going, "Dude, you're, you're supposed to be doing a podcast right now." "What are you doing?" You know, like everyone knows rule number one of radio, no silence. But yeah, it feel, it feels good if I allow my, you know, my shoulders to drop. It's just like, ah, I just wanna-- it's almost like I could just fall asleep

[02:02:46] Skai: sitting here, very relaxed.

[02:02:47] Skai: And, you know, you can, you can tell a lot of stories, but what I found out in the silence was the most powerful story ever. Uh, it's, uh ... So I realized I'm not doing so much content because I, [02:03:00] I, I bring people experience, and what we really need is experience. We need stories also to help us get out of certain stories.

[02:03:07] Skai: But if we are given the experience, that's the most precious because then it's ours, and we can go back to it, and we can feel it. So to me, what you're offering to people, it's, it's a way for that or a way to that. And I think probably your listener are very happy to feel that also

[02:03:31] Skai: Now you can move the energy clockwise, you know, to expand it. You can bring it wherever you want. Now you're in that zero point. Now you can play. Now you can recharge your cells, your organs. You can flush the virus if you want counterclockwise. Once you enter that space, which is pretty quick, then you become your own, own doctor, your own medicine[02:04:00]

[02:04:09] Skai: Now we're going to bring the energy around you, uh, from like top to bottom to protect, to shield, to filter, um, to distort the energies in your field And we're going to bring it down into the Earth to anchor, to stay grounded

[02:04:31] Skai: We the mother

[02:04:40] Skai: How do you feel now?

[02:04:44] Skai: Very relaxed

[02:04:52] Luke Storey: Yeah, I feel like, um, moving that energy over and through my [02:05:00] lungs. So I've had a really crazy cough, so I was just focusing on that energy, but then I just started to feel so relaxed, like I could just go to sleep.

[02:05:11] Skai: Yeah, and when you relax and go to sleep, your body is basically optimal to, to make the healing.

[02:05:17] Skai: 'Cause if you stress or busy or active, the, the body is, like, functioning on that. So you reach first-- you need first to reach that state of peace, and from that state of peace, you can reprogram. So what this practice does, it brings you into that state of peace, of peace, of peace until it becomes your baseline.

[02:05:35] Skai: And as it becomes your baseline, your body begins healing, your heart begins healing, your mind begins silencing, and you become aligning, or you begin aligning with your true self

[02:05:51] Skai: So imagine you do that, you know, like regularly, you know, like every day. It's like simple. Can do it short the morning or longer. Can begin your meditation like that. [02:06:00] Usually I say a- after lunch or, you know, or midday to recenter and before to go to bed to enter the sleep in the best state possible to clear everything from the day.

[02:06:09] Skai: And then you maintain this baseline. Instead of just being a nice experience, it becomes how you begin to live. You begin understanding you feel, getting the message before you get shut down, you know, basically because y- you feel already this. You begin creating from a place of power. Uh, not from ego mind desires, because once you enter that space, then you can reprogram.

[02:06:31] Skai: You say, "Okay, today I want to do this, that, that." Uh, not a million things, just these essential things. And I need to maybe get away from this person, you know, from this project. Uh, like you, you can see clearly what you have to do, and so you have way less to do because you just focus on what's essential.

[02:06:52] Skai: And the busyness we have, the madness we have comes from that fact as we, we want so many thing from our minds. We're [02:07:00] not center in our true heart. So that practice help you that find that access, find that guidance, so you don't need any guru. Uh, you don't need anyone else than you. You know, your direct access to your, to your guidance

[02:07:28] Skai: So we're going to thank all the, the forces, you know, the light forces that have been helping us

[02:07:36] Skai: Thanking all the audience, all the people bringing their field with us, because this field stays active, basically. Thanking each other for the nice talk and work, and thanking ourself for committing to choose to the best of our abilities[02:08:00]

[02:08:09] Skai: And like gently you move forward, you know, to this reality. Not go back, move forward, you know, I always say just move forward with keeping that energy, you know, from that place

[02:08:22] Luke Storey: Well, I haven't had a coughing fit in a little bit. That's good. I've been recording a lot of podcasts in the past few days, and it's like I, I was on, on one as a guest, well, two of them, and I-- at the beginning, I'm like, "You guys, tell your editors get ready because they're gonna have to mute my mic a lot."

[02:08:39] Luke Storey: I've been coughing like crazy.

[02:08:40] Skai: Oh, yeah.

[02:08:41] Luke Storey: Yeah. That, that-- I only had one today, so it's good. Uh. Your, your energy already started to, you know, fortify me before we even started, I think.

[02:08:50] Skai: Yeah, the field is, is contagious. I remember once in LA, I helped this woman. I w- I was biking motorcycle with a French guy, and his wife said, "Oh, my pain is gone."

[02:08:59] Skai: And she had a [02:09:00] pain in her shoulder. We were talking, and she was very open.

[02:09:02] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm.

[02:09:03] Skai: And her pain was gone like that. And I noticed that many times, actually, because, again, we're all connected together. Yeah. You know? So some people bring, you know, distortion of feeling, you know, sickness, of fear, of, you know, they carry-- we carry everything in our field.

[02:09:18] Skai: And some people who purify it more brings more healing, you know, coherence or peace. And so we're, we're constantly giving that to each other. That's why, for me, we have that responsibility to take care of our energy. It's not just like a, a thing you do at the end of the day, you know, when you've done everything.

[02:09:32] Skai: For me, it's something-- it's the first thing I do.

[02:09:34] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[02:09:35] Skai: It is the first thing I do because the most important. And, and, and I see the people who begin to, to do that, their, their life change drastically, because you basically reversed the, the, the center. You sh- you shift ground. Instead of being the ego having experiences and trying to understand, you become the self, the true self, basically like having an ego, you know, and experiencing it.

[02:09:58] Skai: That's, that's what happens through this work. [02:10:00] And also then I have a method, I have a, a, a three-month program, but obviously what you r- you really learn is that, is to shift this ground. It's called Zero Point Activation, and every day you do these things, and, and more and more, without you noticing it, you begin making this decision from the self.

[02:10:15] Skai: You don't anymore just jump to one decision or, or get... You, you begin feeling that guidance, and if you don't feel it, you feel something is off. Uh. Mm-hmm. So you go, you go back to it, but you have a way to go back to it. And that, to me, really the goal, not to guess. I don't make decision, important decision from my mind.

[02:10:32] Skai: I, I, I'm bringing myself into that state when I feel clear, then I make a decision like with it. And it seems slower. You know, sometime I'm like, "Oh, before I used to go so fast," but when I look at my evolution, even for my program, you know, my business, I just started two, three years ago. I'm already at a pretty good level.

[02:10:49] Luke Storey: Mm-hmm.

[02:10:50] Skai: Without... I mean, I've been doing a lot. I'm not saying I'm not, uh, doing nothing, but compared to before, I'm not driving myself crazy. You know, I'm, I'm always calm. Yeah. You know, so I just don't do too much [02:11:00] still. I've been working on that. Actually, I'm much better now, but I'm, I'm not forcing. Yeah.

[02:11:05] Skai: Like,

[02:11:06] Luke Storey: uh,

[02:11:06] Skai: I-

[02:11:07] Luke Storey: The difference between power and force.

[02:11:09] Skai: Yeah.

[02:11:10] Luke Storey: Tapping into power rather than using localized force.

[02:11:16] Skai: And it's crazy what you can magnetize. Yeah. In the group with the ship, somebody got a free car. We were doing this energy work. She asked for a free car. You know, she entered that point. She wanted a car.

[02:11:25] Skai: A cat?

[02:11:25] Luke Storey: A

[02:11:26] Skai: car. A car. Car. A car. Car. And the next day she goes to see a friend and she tells, "Do, do you want a car? 'Cause I, I don't want to go through the trouble, uh, of like selling it." Well, she say yes, and she

[02:11:41] Luke Storey: got a car like that.

[02:11:41] Skai: Damn. Like, I mean, it's crazy what I see. You know, a, a woman, she was, uh, pregnant at the hospital, and she, she couldn't deliver, and so she was doing the class, doing the vortex every day.

[02:11:52] Skai: Nurses would come into her room, and they say, "It's amazing here." You know, they would come literally bathing in this energy. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And she stayed [02:12:00] 36 week after normally, you know, when you're supposed to deliver. Normally it's 21 days, already a lot. Or like, uh... And they let her because she was doing good.

[02:12:10] Skai: They were measuring everything. They wa-wanted to give her a chance to deliver naturally, and, and everything was perfect, you know. Her organs, they say... This nurse, she say, "It's a miracle. We've never seen that," like 20, 30 years of career. And she did that. At the end, she, she needed help. You know, it didn't help her- Yeah

[02:12:25] Skai: do it naturally, but she could like maintain her state, and the baby was amazing, you know, doing r-r-really amazing. She, she now used the vortex with her baby. Oh, okay. First time her baby was doing good, and instead of working on the baby, she work on herself. She recenter herself- Mm ... and the baby stopped crying, you know, immediately.

[02:12:41] Skai: Mm, yeah. So people use it in ways, you know, that, that's what I love, is that I have no clue. Uh, that are surprising me all the time. I had to buy a car myself. But it depends, you know, where you're at and what you have. But I, I, I see many, many things. Uh, and like ordinary people, you know, 'cause you can say, [02:13:00] "Oh, this guy, he did crazy extreme things.

[02:13:01] Skai: You know, he's such..." Mm-hmm. Not necessarily to people. There's people who have not done that at all. They just do the technique, you know, with their heart open, and they practice- Mm-hmm ... and they get it. Sometimes it's immediate, some it takes longer, but this type of, you know, what we call miracle, it, it, it's happening a lot.

[02:13:18] Skai: And not to speak about people, yeah, healing a herpes. Had a woman, she downloaded this practice. It's free, you know, double vortex. And she email me, and she says, "People n-need to know about it. I had a herpes for... a rash for 14 years, you know, in my back. I begin doing this practice, and now it... after a few days, it, it started receding, and now it's gone."

[02:13:38] Skai: And-

[02:13:39] Luke Storey: Wow ...

[02:13:39] Skai: and a year after the same, she had extreme back pain. She, she forgot about it. She went-- So I like people to do, you know, the, the, the course so they remember, but she forgot about it, and then she mailed me again. That's when she told me, "Yeah, you... people need really to know about it. I had like extreme pain.

[02:13:52] Skai: I couldn't have an appointment for, for days." And then I did it, and the same thing. After a couple of days, the pain like, uh, diminished and, and gone completely. And, and just plenty, plenty like different cases, you know, from like very severe to lighter to... So I realized we, we all have this power. Before I thought that was a gift, you know, of healing that I had.

[02:13:58] Skai: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.[02:14:00]

[02:14:13] Skai: You know, and it happened. We all have this gift. For some, it's more online, it's more active, and it's maybe, you know, a profession, you know, like for me. I'm not saying everybody should be a healer or teacher. Not at all, you know. It's, it's if it's your path, it's your path, but everybody can do that. Heal yourself, help others.

[02:14:27] Skai: Everybody has that. Yeah. Same thing with psychic abilities, you know, seeing the future. Same thing. I had all this vision when I thought, "Oh," I'm like, "I can see the future." You know, I know one of my grandmother had that gift, you know, and but no, now I see many people doing it, basically seeing this, uh, and, and, and then you see it happen, and they see what they need to see, like with this.

[02:14:46] Skai: So it's our divine human abilities. You know, we-- a-all that encoded in our body, which is today to this Earth, the most complex technology, you know, like there is, and the most harmonious, actually, and, and perfect. And if we learn [02:15:00] to work with it and to bring it online, to harmonize it, we create things that are normally not possible, like mainstream science told us it's not possible.

[02:15:08] Luke Storey: Yeah. Yeah.

[02:15:09] Skai: It's just easy. It's just, just latent or suppressed or dormant, but we can, we can, we can awake that. And

[02:15:16] Luke Storey: that's not so fabricated. I mean, that's, that's what Jesus told us, these miracles. I don't know the exact quote, but something to the effect of, "These miracles you see me doing, you can do them too.

[02:15:23] Luke Storey: You just don't know it," right?

[02:15:24] Skai: Yeah. And when he left, the apostles started doing it, and after them, other people, and to this, many people. I mean, I know since I've been doing that, just yesterday, I met a healer in, in the South of France, where I'm from. Yeah, he doesn't know how he does it, but he does it, basically, and he's like beautiful person.

[02:15:39] Skai: He's healing people like that, and he's... Yeah, he has a gift. But again, everybody has this gift. You know, and, and for me, the beauty is to discover it, you know, through these techniques. You know, that's one technique. There's other. This one function well. You know, like, so to discover, that's amazing because that give you power.

[02:15:56] Skai: You say, "Okay, now I have a flu. I can, I can take care of it." And sometime you can't. [02:16:00] Sometime you need to, to, to do your doctors. You know, I'm not saying it should replace everything. I don't want to have any problem. But for me, as I do it, I try as much as I can with my own energy. If I cannot do with my energy, then I look for, you know, like other, other ways, you know, with it.

[02:16:14] Skai: Mm-hmm. I'm not... If I need to do a surgery, if I need to, to take medicine, I will. No, I'm not against that. There's some great things about it. But first, I want to try what I can do myself. You know, of course, if it's an emergency, it's different. But we, we, we have that power, and the more we realize it The more, you know, when you have a flu, if sometime I'm okay with it, I say, "Okay, actually, like you, I, I need to rest.

[02:16:35] Skai: I'm doing too much." Sometime I'm like, "No, I can't take that," you know? And, and I destroy it. And so You destroy it. Yeah, I just destroy it. That's funny. Or eat some Alibab, you know. I, I ate too much gluten, like this happened in the plane. You know, I was traveling and so I ate that pizza with cheese. I never eat that, and I, I was weak and I ate it and then I start feeling my stomach.

[02:16:55] Skai: Like now my, my stomach is clean. I usually don't feel that. And I say, "Okay, I'm not [02:17:00] gonna get punished. I'm just going to destroy it." And so I, I, I connect my cells, all my powers, my immune cells. I say, "Okay, target any gluten, any sugar, any, any dairy, you know, in the belly, and destroy it." It's an energy, it's a frequency.

[02:17:13] Skai: And I believe it so much, you know, 'cause your consciousness create your reality- Mm-hmm ... that now it works instantaneously, basically. Wow. It, it was gone That's, I'm starting having that thing going.

[02:17:25] Luke Storey: Yeah. So it so cool. I, I love, uh, chatting with you. You know, English being your second language, uh, it's funny, sometimes the words you choose, you know, like I would...

[02:17:36] Luke Storey: A native American speaker wouldn't be like, "I destroy it." You know? It's just funny a lot, a lot, 'cause your accent's quite thick, right? So I'm really listening. I'm very attentive 'cause I really wanna understand every word you're saying, and I've noticed throughout the conversation, I'm like, "Oh, he chooses really cool words I think sometimes," because it's probably, like, the best translation from French.

[02:17:54] Luke Storey: Oh, yeah. Yeah. So it's, it's fun. Same thing reading your book too. I was like, "Oh, I would've never thought to [02:18:00] use that word right there," but it fits, you know? It's just not... And it's not the intuitive, like, first one that comes to mind, you know?

[02:18:06] Skai: Yeah, my- Yeah ... detour was great actually, 'cause I had it editing, you know, but I said, "Try to keep as much as I can, you know, for what I say," and they did a good job.

[02:18:12] Skai: Cool. And she said, "Well, this we, nobody can understand." So they would shift it, but as much as they could, they, they would keep

[02:18:18] Luke Storey: it. I mean, it's, it's, it's a great book. I mean, I get so many books from people, um, you know, that are coming on the show. Not, not to mention the books that I just hear about that I want to read, but it's like I can't even keep up.

[02:18:29] Luke Storey: I was thinking about that this morning. I'm like, "There's no way I could read every person's book that comes-" Yeah ... on the show 'cause I just don't have time, you know? But picking yours up, I was actually like, "Oh, shit, I'm running out of time." I was actually really engaged in the book to the point where I wanted to keep going for my own enjoyment, not just so I- Yeah, yeah.

[02:18:47] Luke Storey: You know? For the book. A lot of times it's just to learn about the guest and, you know, to kind of understand them and get into their field before we sit down. But today I was like, "No, I actually really wanna read this." So I encourage other people to grab a copy of your book. Um, [02:19:00] and we'll put a link to it in the show notes, uh, which will be lukestory.com/skai, S-K-A-I.

[02:19:08] Luke Storey: And we'll also put links to your website, social, your three-month program, anything and everything that you do so people can engage further with you.

[02:19:18] Skai: Mm-hmm.

[02:19:19] Luke Storey: Um, and for people that want a quick, uh, way to get there, you can go to zeropoint.earth. That's your, like, home site, right? Yeah. Okay. Uh, all right, I got one more question for you.

[02:19:30] Luke Storey: Who have been three teachers or teachings that have most profoundly impacted your life and made you who you are today?

[02:19:37] Skai: Well, we say the first one I mentioned is Sri Aurobindo. Now with the integral yoga, which is like really the yoga- Sri

[02:19:44] Luke Storey: Aurobindo.

[02:19:45] Skai: Yeah. Yeah. Sri Aurobindo. He was Indian. He studied in, in England.

[02:19:49] Skai: Uh, he did Cambridge. He was very brilliant. He was, uh, like multi literate, s-s-speaking 14, 14 languages, philosopher, im-impressive mind, and at the same time a real [02:20:00] yogi. Not just a scholar, but a yogi. He began the revolution in India. Also, Gandhi was, like, very, you know, uh, impressed by him actually, and seeking his guidance.

[02:20:09] Skai: So he the one starting that, and then he withdraw possibly just to take care of the transformation. So for me, that's been probably the-- my only guide for a long time. You know, the only book I would go to. The rest didn't really resonate. I mean, of course, Jesus, the Bible, you know, which I've been gr-grasping a lot o-o-of powerful thing.

[02:20:28] Skai: I don't know if I can say t-that's my teacher, but, but that's been the main one. And, uh I would say mainly the rest has been, has been inside, you know, for me. Mm-hmm. It's been very inside. You know, the, the great teacher has been my soul. You know, what I used to call God, which now to me, God, it's more guardian of divinity.

[02:20:47] Skai: It's more collective, actually. You know, before it was one for- it's still one force, but divided in-into different forces. That's, that has been my, my real teacher, uh, which i- which is, um, which is me, you [02:21:00] know? Which I think we all can- Yeah ... you know, we all, all should, you know, we, we shou- all teach ourself, and then grabbing stuff that lead us to that, uh, or mean, or lead me to myself.

[02:21:10] Skai: Yeah. Uh, so for me, he was a great teacher. Um. Yeah. But that's the main, yeah, that I can really say honestly that's been the most- I

[02:21:18] Luke Storey: think your journey is interesting in that way, as someone who was a seeker, but it sounds like you didn't go, you know, through the, uh, I don't know, through the different

[02:21:30] Luke Storey: Someone like me, I mean, I've just pursued so many different teachers- Yeah ... and modalities and teachers and, and all of it, I think, served me for the level that I needed at that particular point. Most people I know have just sought out every teacher and every healer they can. Yeah. And your, your journey is so interesting, I mean, in so many ways, obviously, because you, you went through these extreme experiences.

[02:21:50] Luke Storey: But it's, it's poignant to me, um, in that you found your guru within knowing thyself.

[02:21:58] Skai: Yeah. Yeah, [02:22:00] exactly. That's, that's- And that, that's a

[02:22:01] Luke Storey: beautiful message. Yeah.

[02:22:02] Skai: You know? That's a beautiful message. That's really what I want to say to people. You know, even to my students, I'm just here for a time, you know, to point you to yourself.

[02:22:08] Skai: Uh, like, and if you want to keep going, 'cause we love to do work together, having energy, okay, we keep doing that, you know? But n- n- it's important that you, you are that, you know? And, and when I used to do one-on-one, I would, I would kick people out. At some point when I was in Colorado, I said, "Okay, now I'm, I'm becoming your father, you know, and I, I don't want that.

[02:22:24] Skai: You need to do your own thing." Now it's different, but I really encourage people to, to, to seek inside, to become their own masters. That's why I don't want to be the master of anyone but mine, yeah.

[02:22:35] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[02:22:35] Skai: I want to be my own master.

[02:22:36] Luke Storey: It's like the anti-cult.

[02:22:38] Skai: Yeah. Yeah.

[02:22:39] Luke Storey: The anti-charismatic leader. You might be charismatic and be a leader, but you don't allow people to-

[02:22:43] Skai: No

[02:22:44] Luke Storey: get that, that-

[02:22:45] Skai: Like being cloned ... attachment dependency. The, the worst thing for me would be have clone of mine. And what I love, and to me it's the best proof of work, I was talking Two days ago, to last class to the chief with that is seeing people becoming themself. Now, the people who have done the most work in our [02:23:00] community, they, they in that joy, you know, they in that light, you know, they really live like that, but it's completely different.

[02:23:05] Skai: They have nothing to do with me. You know, that's what's amazing is that these people, they're like completely different, except the joy, the resilience, uh, the, the h-how to handle things, but their true gift is coming online, the, the idiosyncrasies, and it's people who are very normal. More like, uh, yeah, more like, uh, yeah, different jobs, different this, different ages, you know, different genders, but they're just themself.

[02:23:31] Skai: Uh, and so that's where we're going for me. You know, if like we, we really become ourself, and then we're gonna have such diversity, that's amazing, uh, because we all have very unique path, gift to, to bring, and to discover that with others, to, to, to share this, uh, I love that.

[02:23:48] Luke Storey: Beautiful. Yeah. Well, thank you so much for coming all the way from Portugal and making this one of your stops.

[02:23:53] Luke Storey: It's been a really beautiful day. I really needed a conversation like this today. I got out, I [02:24:00] was just like, "Oh, man." I just got back from a vacation, you know, and I'm like, "Ah, ready to get back and get active again," and my body said, "Nope. No, you're not."

[02:24:10] Skai: Not this way. Not this way. Yeah. It's like the same, I also have my holidays, and then back.

[02:24:13] Skai: No, it's not, Tommy- Yeah ... it's not back on track. Keep your holiday energy, work from that place of game, enjoy it, uh, and that's what we need to learn now with this new creation.

[02:24:23] Luke Storey: Yeah.

[02:24:23] Skai: Not go back to grinding, uh, because you, you-- it works to a degree, but for the, the more you become aligned, the less it, it's going to work.

[02:24:31] Skai: And, and for many people who are still pushing, you know, even the big AI companies, they are at some point, it will crumble because everything that's not built from zero point today, from that source peace, not contracting force, extractive force, it will fall, no matter how high it goes, how impressive it goes.

[02:24:48] Skai: That's really what I receive. Also, any project I'm, I do, I have to do it from a place of peace and, and, and constantly watch myself. I'm not saying it's easy above all with work. It's still, for me, the ground that's [02:25:00] the hardest, but constantly watch myself. And when I redo that, boom, we got fundings for a center without asking.

[02:25:07] Skai: Like, because we, we pulled back actually from forcing. We say, "Okay, let, let, let's see." You know, we did a small retreat, and somebody come and, and said, "I want to help." And that's, that's rare. Another consultant said, "20 years, I've not seen that." You know, without string, you know, somebody really, yeah, like beautiful who can see.

[02:25:24] Skai: Wow. So I've seen that, you know. For me, for others, when, when you are in that frequency, you, you have things happening to you that are, like, extremely beautiful in the way it happens also. But it requires to, to trust that, you know, to practice it and, and yeah, to trust it, so. Beautiful, Manuel. I'm glad you came out of your three years of silence and were able to talk to me today.

[02:25:47] Skai: Well, Luke, thanks a lot for the- Yeah ... yeah, beautiful, uh, words, moment, questions. Uh, it was a real pleasure- Awesome, man ... to, to go so deep. Awesome. Thank you so much. And yeah, very grateful.[02:26:00]

[02:26:02] Luke Storey: All right, family, thanks for tuning in to The Lifstylist and making me part of your day. Now for a quick reality check. If social media pulled the plug on me tomorrow, how would we stay connected? I've been battling the Chinese Communist Party for years as they keep banning me on TikTok, and you never know how the tide might shift with Instagram or YouTube either.

[02:26:21] Luke Storey: One wrong word and the algorithm can shut you down. That's why I've been proactive. I'm doubling down on email as one of my most reliable long-term channels of communication. But there's one new twist. Instead of me blasting the same content to everyone on my email list, now you get to choose exactly what shows up in your inbox and what doesn't.

[02:26:43] Luke Storey: So whether it's biohacking, truth, wellness, spirituality, or my uncut take on current events, whatever lights you up the most is what you'll get. So again, that's lukestory.com/privatehouse, where you can enjoy a tailored experience with bonus content you won't get anywhere else. And there's no need to even memorize that link or save it for later.
