Igor Milevskiy is the Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of a family-owned boutique Water Filtration Business: PureEffectFilters.com, based in the USA. Igor is self-professed and has over 20 years experience in dealing with water chemistry, which started from his hobby of aquarium fish-keeping and required meticulous attention to various water characteristics, as fish won’t breed, become sick and die if the water chemistry isn’t just right. Later Igor turned his water interest to comprehensive research of various drinking water filters for his personal use.
