I am obsessed with Kion coffee. I’ve had issues with the acidity of coffee for years, not to mention the presence of mycotoxins that is so prevalent in the US coffee supply. To add insult to injury for a coffee lover like me, so many great tasting coffee brands are not organic. Since coffee is one of the most heavily sprayed crops on the planet, this had made it difficult for me to find a brand that checks all the boxes: Mold-free, low acid, organic, and gourmet taste. Kion has crushed the market and my brand loyalty because they’ve somehow managed to accomplish the seemingly impossible with this prod.
